Härligt hotell med fantastiskt trevlig personal, på perfekt läge.
Pros:

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Jättebra läge. Fantastiskt frukost.

Cons:

Sängen var väldigt hård, hade verkligen behövt en ordentlig bäddmadrass.

Hyvä sijainti ja maukas aamiainen.
Pros:

Aamupala ei ollut valikoimamäärältään kovin suuri, mutta kaikki oli erittäin maukasta. Saimme kaiken mitä aamiaiselta halusimme. Sijainti oli erinomainen, lähellä linja-autoasemaa, vanhaa kaupunkiaja Nea Chora rantaa. Lomailimme huhtikuussa jolloin ranta ei vielä ollut varsinaisesti toiminnassa, joten siitä on vaikea antaa arvostelua. Hotellin kuntoilutila oli tarpeeksi tilava ja siellä oli tyhjää tilaa joogaa ja taijita varten. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons:

Äänet kadulta, käytävästä ja hotellin yleisistä tiloista kuuluivat huoneeseen.

I had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice, beautifully presented with service from exceptionally friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and the location was ideal. Reception was a delight with knowledgeable staff who patiently explained the answers to our questions.

Cons:

The only drawback was the external noise at night which was to be excepted given the location.

Convenient, modern hotel to use as a base in Chania
Pros:

Really close to the old town, so it’s walking distance to anywhere you want to be
Extremely clean and new, good breakfast and friendly staff
Top tip: pre-book your parking because they only have 3 parking spaces for guests

Cons:

The view from our rooms wasn’t great, we were basically looking at other buildings and construction sites

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner très complet avec beaucoup d'options, la salle de sport très propre

Cons:

Il pleuvait quand nous y étions et l'eau s'infiltrait dans la chambre. Même quand nous mettions nos peignoirs par terre ils n'étaient souvent pas lavés. Nous partions nous balader 2h en espérant que la chambre serait faite en notre absence et ce n'étais pas le cas. L'hôtel est mal insonorisé et nous entendions tout: notre chambre était juste à côté du local staff et dès 7h du matin nous entendions les femmes de chambres s'affairer, les autres clients parler fort dans le couloir, les portes claquer,... Bref, ce n'était pas reposant. Les lits étaient assez durs, et nous n'avions pas de couvertures supplémentaires à disposition alors qu'il faisait froid.

Super Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Chania
Pros:

Gut ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, ultra flauschige Handtücher. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, es wurden auch lokale Spezialitäten und frisch gepresster Orangensaft angeboten! Die Lage ist super - einigermaßen ruhige Wohngegend, ca. 10 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt.

Cons:

Fürs perfekte Frühstück hat uns frisch aufgebrühter Kaffee/Espresso fehlt, es gab Automatenkaffee wie in den meisten anderen Hotels. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, obwohl sie auch weiter verwendet hätten werden wollen (Nachhaltigkeit). Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, es hat sonst alles super gepasst!

Pros:

Very happy with combination of hot and cold breakfast options. Plenty of variety. Excellent location in terms of nearness to the harbour and Old Town /centre of activity but also only a few mins to a beach.

Cons:

Staff on reception were helpful. I forgot my phone adapter to enable me to charge my phone and they offered to charge it up for me but also gave clear directions to nearest electrical shop when I asked about this. They faciliated a slightly earlier start time for breakfast when the group I was part of were leaving early on a day trip

Overall, I consider my stay at the hotel to have been a positive experience.
Pros:

The hotel offers a convenient central location, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was decent. There is also an option to rent a parking space at the hotel for an additional fee (two spots available). One of the highlights was the stunning view of the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) from the patio, which was truly impressive.

Cons:

One downside was the cleanliness, which could have been slightly better.

schönes, modernes Stadthotel, fußläufig zur Altstadt
Pros:

Die fußläufig Lage zur Altstadt war ideal für uns. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigeren Nebenstraße. Das Umfeld ist jedoch von Bauarbeit geprägt.
Das Frühstück war gut, es gab sogar frischgepressten Orangensaft.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber.
