Otelin konumu ve kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Tekrar gitsem yine bu otelde kalırım.
Oda üç kişi için biraz küçüktü. Ama çok sorun olmadı.
Modern and clean, central location (Venetian port and Nea Chora beach within walking distance), friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast.
Standard rooms are definitely small for a 4-star hotel and balconies are very narrow unless they are located in the side facing the street, so we had to opt for an upgrade.

Tous était à proximité aussi bien le bus pour la plage et le centre ville juste à côté.....

היה קצת רעש מעבודות בניין או כביש בחוץ ובצהריים זה היה קשה
והיינו עם רכב לא מהבית מלון ולכן לא היה לנו חניה , אין חניות באזור כמעט
Amazing hotel, very close to everything, rooms very nice and comfortable. The highlight is definitely the staff- they are so hospitable, friendly and warm! I would certainly return.

Supervriendelijke mensen! Heel goed ontbijt! Heel proper ook! Elke dag werd mijn kamer ook een beetje opgeruimd en zeer proper achtergelaten. Als je wat vroeger moet vertrekken dan het ontbijt, bieden ze ook ontbijtboxen, die ook heel goed zijn! Was een zeer geslaagde vakantie! Dikke duim voor al het personeel!
Het enige wat ik miste, wat eigenlijk maar een klein detail is, is dat er geen stopcontact op het balkon was, voor de rest alles prima!

I had a wonderful stay at Morum Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with Chania Old Town and many shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. Everything was convenient and comfortable, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return on my next visit.
