Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, réactif, serviable et à l'écoute. La localisation parfaite, dans le centre ville et proche de la gare routière. Petit déjeuner varié et complet avec de bons produits.

Cons:

Les chambres sont mal isolées donc on entend tout: l'ascenseur, les portes claquer, les gens parler dans le couloir, etc. D'autant que la nôtre était juste à côté de la staff room... Le lit était assez dur donc j'ai eu mal au dos pendant plusieurs jours et assez mal dormi. Il a plus pendant plusieurs jours et l'eau s'est infiltrée dans la chambre, formant d'immenses rigoles sur le sol. Les peignoirs et serviettes n'étaient pas forcément lavés et changés quand nous en avions besoin donc nous avons remis plusieurs fois nos peignoirs tachés et humides même si nous avions demandé à les changer.

Wonderful
Pros:

I missed my flight and booked here, I wish I stayed here longer. Clean, comfortable, exceptional staff, great breakfast 10/10 I didn’t have time to check the gym out, they even booked me a taxi to the airport

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner qui finit tard, le grand lit double avec plein de coussins, la douche et le linge de toilette très agréables, la proximité du vieux centre, la bonne connexion Internet, le réglage individuel de la climatisation possible

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de choix, l'isolation de la fenêtre n'est pas top mais la rue n'est pas bryuante ni l'hôtel donc ça va, le bruit de la climatisation

three nights in lovely Chania in an excellent little hotel
Pros:

rooms well equipped, good breakfast, complimentary water and sweets, nice shower, very good location/close (very close actually!) to bus station, old harbour, main commercial street and the old town, there is a lif is someone needs it, there is a small nice lobby and a bar/restaurant next to it

Cons:

very minot issues ;room sizes are small but adequate, personally not a fan of the washing basin not being in the bathroom but can understand why it has been done like that, would recommend it to everyone though

Ett hotell att komma tillbaka till!
Pros:

Väldigt trevlig personal, bra läge nära gamla Chania, nära busstation och nära restauranger och livsmedelsaffär. Bra liten balkong med stol, bord och plats att hänga regnvåta kläder eller tvätt. Trevlig frukostmatsal med en alldeles lagom liten buffé med ett bra urval frukostmat. Väl fungerande Wifi, och ett bra litet skrivbord att sätta datorn på. Ett hotell att komma tillbaka till!

Cons:

Kanske inte helt optimalt om man hyr bil.

Sängen var hårt, rummet var kallt det gick inte att höja värmen.
Pros:

Frukost var jättebra. Personalen vänliga!
Rent och fräscht.

Cons:

Rummet. Dom hade inga täcken bara sängöverkast och lakan.

Another wonderful stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the bus station, and the city centre, close to spupermarkets. I have stayed so many times, it feels like home! Clean, spacious rooms, free upgrades, excellent, sustainable breakfast, wonderfull staff, very discreet and helpful. One of the best and affortable hotels in Chania (if not the best).

Cons:

Absolutely nothing!
