Very good accommodation.
Pros:

Good location on queen street, so close to K Road and restaurants and action (but at top of a hill, so unless you are reasonably fit - just take cheap, regular city link bus when returing from port area). Rooms were very good, ensuite huge! Morning breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Don't forget, if you are taking a car, you need to book ASAP - don't expect a park if you just "rock up" with a car. The parking area is small and tight. You (almost) have to park on footpath as there is a bus lane in front of hotel.

Good basic hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Location was central but a little bit far to get to w

The rooms were spacious and clean.
Friendly staff on reception

Cons:

There is no lift for 1st floor rooms which seems a bit odd for a hotel.
Housekeeping only partially remade my bed everyday which I’ve not experienced before.

Places like the bar/restaurant are stale. No natural light anywhere
Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Wake up call was not made, room has no view at all. Fire alarm went off twice when I needed to get up at 3am

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Nice, modern rooms. Everything was very clean and the shower was great. Plenty of amenities.
Staff were very friendly on check in and check out.
Discount at the restaurant downstairs, we had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good.
Nice, central location.

Cons:

Parking instructions could be clearer- you have to book in advance as there’s very limited space. However, there is a cheaper car park 15m away so this is not a big issue.

Great place
Pros:

Had everything I needed for a perfect one night stay, lots of mirrors, chairs, cushions. Great lighting, modern decor and very clean. Presentation was spot on and great value for the price
