Friendly & professional staff; super comfortable
Pros:

Easy check-in; super friendly staff; offer of a taxi back to the airport much cheaper than we paid on the way in; the bed linen & bed were so comfortable & we loved the shower gel too! Great to have a little kettle; and finally we left our bags in safety - thank you all X

Cons:

It’s a long walk into the city & up hill on the way back so get the bus right outside the door x

Friendly staff and nice room with big shower
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was nice with a big shower.

Nice hotel, great staff but not great position
Pros:

Very nice helpful staff. Rooms good, very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Location at top of steep hill quite a few blocks from centre of city so be aware. Although the website said there was parking, when we checked in there were no spaces available, no one had advised that we needed to book a spot.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, beautifully clean. We had a private balcony which was a nice extra. Even though the motel is in Queen street it was very quiet.

Pros:

The staff and location were absolutely the best parts of staying there

Cons:

There was a door that separate 2 rooms, which was uncomfortable, we could hear everything was happening in other rooms and what the people were saying (and doing) I think they should mention that in any part and show pictures so the people at least can expect for that
