Such a Beautiful hotel! This was my second visit. Had an incredible time. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and great to see they had added things. Can’t wait to be back.

Small rooms but very nice setup. Hotel was clean, staff are great. Excellent views from rooftop bar.

Very good hotel, everything was amazing I recommend the 23 Hotel Medellin 100%.

It's not a bad hotel at all, but for how much more it costs compared to other places we stayed in Medellín I don't think it's worth it.
The room is very small, and while it's not as bad as being right in the pink zone we could still hear some raggaeton bass at night.
The breakfast was one of the better included breakfasts we've had, though!

This is a fun, stylish hotel just far enough away from the action of La Provenza without the noise and hectic atmosphere. The staff were wonderful. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were also fun. My only negative comment is that the rooms are tiny. We struggled to fit our two suitcases and have room to move around. Just something to be aware of, especially if staying for more than a couple of nights. Otherwise, it was great.

Amazing location and amenities I will be back time and time again to this hotel. Food was excellent and breakfast is included and gourmet, snacks included in the room are such a treat.

This hotel is in a very good area for walking/dining/ banking. The rooms are very small but a big comfortable bed takes up most of the room. Blackout shades made it perfect for sleeping. There is a small pool on the roof that gave us a private retreat on the weekdays we were there. The restaurant staff - Aurielo, Stephanie, Elsy and Jessica made our included breakfast a friendly way to start the day. The menu is limited but all was good and the fresh fruit bar while we waited gave us the chance to try some new fruit - cape gooseberries - yum. Esteven who greeted us in the lobby and helped with car service was also very pleasant.

23 Hotel in Medellín is a 10/10 — the best in the city. With a stunning rooftop, stylish design, perfect location, and outstanding service, it offers a truly unforgettable stay.

As far as the conditions around the property, I understand it's only temporary, only because there's construction going on next door. Once the sister building is completed then I know that will never be an issue. Other than that there's a park across the street I went for walks and that whole area and felt very comfortable and safe.

Everyone at the hotel starting from the housekeeping staff to the restaurant and the front desk were very attentive and responsive in our needs
We stayed there for our weeding destination and we couldnt be any happier.

Nice hotel but little overpriced.

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. There is building being built right next door to the hotel so any view from the room was definitely gone and we could not open the curtains because the construction workers can see right into the room with a view of the bed. The shower is separate from the bathroom. The closet was very small. While I loved the hotel and location I would probably never stay there again. The only real view was from the rooftop. There is no pool only a large hot tub. Roof seating is very limited.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Room service was impressively quick, and the hotel itself felt very safe. The location is also a big plus: it’s in a walkable area with plenty to explore nearby.

One thing to note: if you’re using valet parking, be aware that the valet service doesn’t seem to monitor the online link provided for vehicle requests. Instead, it’s best to either ask for your car at the front desk or send a message via WhatsApp. Also, make sure to allow at least 15–20 minutes for the car to arrive once requested.

Overall, a great experience with just one small hiccup around the valet process. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is an awesome place to stay! The hotel is actually awesome for the price and would absolutely recommend staying here. Rooms are so modern and really reflext the enviornment.

Also staff were for the most part fantastic. The bar lady on the rooftop was noticably quiet unfriendly but everyone else was great!
