Use of spa facilities is by appointment only. Children up to 14 years old can use spa facility from 10am until 3pm, with adults' supervision. Copiii au voie doar până la ora 14:00 la bazin, ulterior au voie doar la piscina de afară, care este o glumă bună:)) apa este rece, practic îi poți duce direct la spital de acolo, este doar pentru poze, nu poți face baie în ea, este apă rece , nu este cu siguranță la o temperatură ok pentru copii.

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to the ski slope, and there is also direct access to a bar, which was a nice bonus.
Our room had city views, overlooking a construction site, so the view itself was not particularly appealing. However, it was very quiet, which was more important for us and something we really appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped, with two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub.
We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool — it was a great and relaxing experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience with parking was quite disappointing. First of all, parking is charged separately, which is rather unusual and not particularly pleasant for a five-star hotel. But we were informed in advance and were prepared for this.

However, upon arrival, our car keys were taken and the car was parked by the staff. When we were checking out two days later, already with our luggage, we discovered that the car battery was completely drained — apparently the headlights or interior lights had been left on. The staff did not acknowledge responsibility, but they did help us call a service to jump-start the car. Still, this was a very stressful situation for me and left an unpleasant impression.

Lokacija, direktan izlaz na stazu.

Cons:

Spa je premali za toliki hotel. Naplaćuju unapred za mini bar i potencijalna oštećenja. Ne vraćaju pare nekoliko dana... garaza preskupa. Soba mračna, sa malim prozorom i neispravnom rasvetom.

Beautiful location and stylish hotel, but some pricing policies and service details could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area. The location is excellent, especially for a ski holiday. The overall atmosphere is elegant and modern. The staff were generally polite and helpful.

A special thank you to Ljiljana for her outstanding service — she was extremely friendly, attentive, and meticulous. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made our dining experience much more enjoyable.

Cons:

Despite traveling with a child and communicating this clearly, the hotel requested an additional 50 EUR per night for an extra bed, which felt unreasonable for a property at this level.

Although we booked half board, even water during dinner was charged separately, which was disappointing. The kids club is free for only two hours; after that, there is a charge of 10 EUR per hour. Smoking is allowed in the main bar/restaurant area, which may not be ideal for families with children. Cleanliness was acceptable but not exceptional for this category of hotel.

Stunning Resort and World-Class Skiing, but Hospitality Needs a Lift
Pros:

The family room was great—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also really appreciated the in-house ski shop and trainers; the team there was fantastic, incredibly helpful, and the prices were just as competitive as the shops outside. Additionally, the dining staff were consistently polite and professional, which we truly valued.

Cons:

Housekeeping was a major struggle. we had to hunt down staff almost every day for basic coffee refills, and despite having two young kids, the room wasn't vacuumed once during our entire stay. The atmosphere in the common areas was also tough for families; the bar is beautiful, but the heavy indoor smoking makes it a no-go for children. Since the library doesn't allow alcohol , there wasn't really a comfortable smoke-free spot for a family evening drink.
​We also found the dining value a bit disappointing. I’d suggest skipping the half-board as the variety is quite limited, and being charged $7 for a bottle of water at a pre-paid dinner felt like a bit of a shock. Lastly, communication could be better—the kids' club is only free for the first two hours (€10 per hour after that), and we could never find a schedule for the cinema room and what movie or what time it was on from.

It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent skiing, but for a luxury price point, the service needs to be much more consistent. We’d think twice about returning until those hospitality kinks are ironed out.
