Use of spa facilities is by appointment only. Children up to 14 years old can use spa facility from 10am until 3pm, with adults' supervision. Lap pool is available without appointment for adults and children.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The breakfast was a mess. At 9.00 at lot of empty tables not cleaned after previous guests. Hot drinks were served when we finished breakfast and were ready to leave.
Lack of quality service in a lot of other smaller aspects.

μου αρεσε το πρωινο και η τοποθεσια, το φαγητο ηταν ικανοποιητικο
στο μπανιο η πορτα του ντουζ δεν ηταν στεγανη με αποτελεσμα να τρεχει το νερο εξω απο το μπανιο και στο διαδρομο, αναγκαζομασταν να βαλουμε πετσετες για να σταματησουμε το νερο, η μπανιερα ηταν βουλωμενη. ο αερισμος του δωματιου ηταν μη επαρκης και μυριζε όλο το δωματιο απο την υγρασία του μπάνιου. Η καθαριοτητα δεν ήταν καθημερινη παρα τις εκκλησεις μας, ενω δεν αλλαξαν τις πετσετες παρα του οτι τις ειχαμε στο πατωμα. προσοχη χρεωνουν τα ski boxes 15€/ημερα
