Nothing there’s roaches and bed bugs I booked for a week and stay only a night and the refuse to refund me.

It was the worst experience ever. Once you enter the street you have 2 guys or more saying you cannot enter the street like if you are trespassing. You walk in the lobby of the hotel, a lot of flies no air conditioning , not at least one fan. There is no elevator. The room is not okay as well. Tvs are full of dust. Bathroom door won’t close, No hot water. The bed are harder than a rock really really uncomfortable especially for pregnant women who has to sleep on their side. I am currently pregnant and now my hips hurts because of how hard the beds were. If you were hungry you couldn’t eat in the hotel where they have their own restaurant because it was only for the VIPS never understood what that meant. Honestly the worst experience I have had especially pregnant. Really upset about my experience I would really not recommend staying there not even for a night. I Want my refund.

El hotel tenía instalaciones en mal está, y la zona en la que está ubicado está muy peligrosa no s puede caminar

A nuestra llegada al hotel Playa Norte fue un recibimiento muy cordial muy amables las chicas. En general fue muy buena nuestra estadía el servicio de piscina el servicio que ofrecen de Restaurante en general muy bueno la limpieza excelente en general fue una estaría muy muy agradable es un hotel normal muy bueno pues yo si lo recomiendo y muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel de playa norte

El establecimiento se encontraba sucio en las instalaciones, en el restaurante todo el tiempo hay moscas , en las habitaciones los colchones no son nada ergonómicos son colchonetas y duerme uno súper mal , en la noche mucho ruido dentro del estacionamiento

La habitacion la cama no fue comoda, las almodas pesimas, el desayuno no estuvo tan bueno , los cuartos tienen hongo , no tiene caja de seguridad, una de las habitaciones se tapo el inodoro. No tienen hielo ni agua , pocos empleados y las fotos que muestran no son reales no hay con que arroparse , tienes que pedirlo

Me gustó mucho el servicio al cliente tanto de la recuperación como la cocinera . Todos fueron súper amables y serviciales. Muy buena actitud y presentación. Lo único malo es que si está retirado para ir al centro pero para todo hay solución UBER. Gracias por sus atenciones.

Eenvoudig maar prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De buurt is nogal arm maar overal rijden taxi's

bouchon d'oreille et désinfectant obligatoire. NE PAS ALLER DANS CETTE HOTEL. tres bruyant et mal insonoriser. piscine est sale. repas du matin ordinaire. pas d'eau chaude et douche sans pommeau. aucune place pour s'assoire dans la chambre sauf sur les lits.

Mala experiencia, el lugar no estaba limpio y un olor a humedad fatal

This hotel was in the perfect location. It was walking distance from the beach and there was a hotel on site. My only two issues were that I found these tiny ant-like bugs in my room on the floor. I also didn’t like that I had a shared balcony with a room next to me (the girls were partying all night). Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.
