Pros:

Lage direkt an der U2. Hotel sehr modern. Gebiet rund um das Hotel sehr gepflegt und modern.

Cons:

Zimmer waren modern und sauber jedoch waren schon sehr deutliche gebrauchspuren in unserem Zimmer sichtbar.

Hotel in super Lage, geputzt wird allerdings nur oberflächlich
Pros:

Generell ein sehr cooles Gebäude in einer außerordentlich schönen Gegend in Wien. Wir waren im Happel Stadion und dafür ist es perfekt. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ist leider nicht besonders. Flecken am Boden, Kaugummis und extrem viel Staub in der Lüftung unterm Fenster. Die Türen sind alle auch schmutzig gewesen egal ob im Zimmer oder am Klo im Keller. Das ist leider einfach zu wenig für den Preis bzw. eigentlich immer. Zu sauber geht halt nicht anders rum leider schon.

Tolle Lage, alles sauber,

Cons:

An der Rezeption wurde einem der Mitreisenden das Zimmer doppelt in Rechnung gestellt- die 394,46 Euro wurden bis heute (10 Wochen liegt der Aufenthalt zurück!nicht zurücküberwiesen- unglaublich!!!!

In Ordnung aber nicht mehr meine erste Wahl.
Pros:

Der Ausblick und das Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend. U-Bahn und genügend Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Cons:

Schade ist, dass die Minibar zwar gratis war, aber kaum befüllt bzw. nie nachgefüllt wurde.
Leider ist es auch nicht mehr möglich gratis das Fitnessstudio zu nutzen wie vor 2 Jahren. Dies war eigentlich ein ausschlaggebender Grund wieder Dormero zu buchen. Auch finde ich die Parkplatzgebühren sehr überzogen, vor allem wenn in der Nähe Parkmöglichkeiten um max. Euro 4,50 pro Tag vorhanden sind.

Die Lage super - U-Bahn direkt und der schöne Badesee vor der Haustüre, ruhig, tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Sehr freundliche Personen am Service-Schalter. Lichteffekte im Zimmer, einfache Bedienung der Klimaanlage.

La vista bella dal 17esimo piano su un piccolo lago artificiale .

Cons:

L' entrata nel parcheggio a "richiesta" in pratica deve aprire il personale(se non hanno nient'altro da fare forse aprono...) con un parcheggio a pagamento non è ok ...dopo aver aspettato più di 5 minuti davanti alla telecamera ho dovuto rientrare nel hotel per chiedere alla reception l'apertura del cancello. Poi pochi parcheggi per la capienza del hotel . Nella stanza i mobili e le porte piene di impronte. I vetri sporchissimi pieni di schizzi ed impronte sulla parte interna quindi intoccabili.

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience. The room was clean, modern, and fresh, with a fantastic view of Vienna.

A huge advantage for us was the possibility to stay with our dog without any obstacles or additional fees. This made our trip much more comfortable, and we truly appreciate such a pet-friendly approach.

We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality, kindness, and support throughout our stay. In particular, we would like to thank Nikoleta Paunovic for her attention, help, and care. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our visit even more enjoyable.

Exceptional, highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location about 2 minutes walk to the train station. Staff were amazing and friendly especially Hussein Al-Baaj. Comfy beds and clean rooms with great views.
