war alles o.k. bis auf einen Punkt der mir jedes Mal sauer aufstößt (siehe untenstehend)

Cons:

Obwohl ich dort schon 5 oder 6 Mal übernachtet habe, schafft man es nicht die Daten zu speichern. Ich muss das Datenblatt jedes Mal neu ausfüllen. Diesmal war ich geschäftlich dort und obwohl ich gleich die Firmendaten bekannt gegeben habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man mir die Rechnung per e-mail erst am nächsten Tag schicken kann. Als ich bis So nichts bekommen hatte, habe ich urgiert. Das ist meine Zeit und ich habe keine Lust dem nachzulaufen.

Tolles Hotel in der Seestadt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im DORMERO Hotel Wien. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und hat eine wirklich angenehme Atmosphäre.

Besonders positiv möchten wir die nette Dame an der Rezeption hervorheben, die normalerweise im DORMERO auf Sri Lanka arbeitet. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam und hat uns mit ihrer sympathischen Art den Aufenthalt besonders schön gemacht ❤️

Auch das Frühstück war richtig reichhaltig und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Mädels im Frühstücksbereich waren super flink, aufmerksam und haben immer schnell dafür gesorgt, dass alles sauber und ordentlich war.

Besonders cool fanden wir auch das außergewöhnliche Design in der Lobby: Überall gab es wunderschöne Pflanzen und sogar Moos in den Wänden. Das gibt dem Hotel einen ganz besonderen, natürlichen und modernen Charakter. 🌿

Vielen Dank an das gesamte DORMERO-Team für den schönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

I love quiet aria. It’s like outside from Vienna. No people. Like in village. I love it.

Last time unfriendly Turkish guy in reception, speack rude. Not respect women. And metro sometimes noisy

The administrator, was outstanding 🧡

Our stay here was made genuinely memorable by the guesthouse administrator.
