kam sehr luxuriös und gemütlich rüber

das Personal war extrem nett und freundlich, vorallem der Hussein ist mir sehr aufgefallen so eine gute Persönlichkeit, Sie können sich sicher sein das ich nochmal komme solange der Hussein noch hier ist!

Ich bin ein großer Fan vom Dormero in Wien! Ich komme wieder!

Mit kleinen Abstrichen ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Der Empfang am Anreisetag war sehr freundlich.Wir haben uns für eine Woche Wien angemeldet.Bereits bei der Anmeldung entschieden wir uns für 3 feste Reinigungstage unseres Zimmers. Leider wurde es tatsächlich nur ein Mal gereinigt, aber erst nach Aufforderung der Managerin an die „Fremdfirma“( für so ein großes Hotel wäre hauseignes Personal angebracht).. hier fehlt die Nachkontrolle auf Einhaltung. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und liegt an einem Badesee, der genutzt werden kann.. Super für Familien mit Kindern. Tolle Aussicht zur Seeseite… das weltweit höchste in ökologisch hochwertiger Verbauung…gute Anbindung (30 Min).. mit U-Bahn in das Herz von Wien. Direkt am Hotel gelegen.

Cons:

Das Management ist zwar sehr bedacht auf ein gutes Miteinander, aber eine gewisse Akzeptanz zeichnet sich auch mal durch konstruktive Kritik aus.. Sauberkeit Und Ordnung im Restaurant… Keine Kritik am Personal, sondern an den Menschen, die sich nicht zu benehmen wissen und ihre Frühstücksplätze hinterlassen wie auf einem Schlachtfeld.. erschreckend.Teller voller Essen einfach stehen lassen, welches vernichtet werden muss. Hier fehlt definitiv eine Aufsichtsperson, die auf Einhaltung der Etikette und auf die Sauberkeit im gesamten Bereich achtet. (Frühstücken von 6.30 Uhr- 10.30 Uhr).. sehr schön rund gut.
