Мне понравилось все! Чисто, красиво, по современному!

Cons:

Не понравилось расположение отеля, но думаю это не проблема, иза комфортных номеров, однозначно буду заезжать еще!

Wir übernachten immer wieder sehr gerne!
Pros:

Uns gefällt die Lage weil mit der U2 direkt erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist immer grandios, egal ob nach Norden oder nach Süden.

Cons:

Eine Barkarte mit mehreren offenen Weinen ( Weiß und Rot) finden wir gut nur müssten diese dann auch ausgeschenkt werden. War nicht der Fall weil das Personal einfach nicht geschult ist und von Wein keine Ahnung haben.

Wien ist immer eine Reise wert
Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt an der U-Bahn-Station. Beim Bäcker um die Ecke gibt’s Sacher-Ecken, schmecken besser als die Torte. Im Hotel selber alles super. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter und ein super Ausblick auf die neu entstehende Seestadt. Hunde willkommen.

Cons:

Die tägliche Reinigung muss man vorher anmelden. Unser Zimmer (22. Etage) war sehr warm, irgendwie funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Aber wir haben es auch nicht reklamiert an der Rezeption.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in einem der schnell wachsenden schönen Viertel. Eigentlich braucht man auch gar nicht aus der Seestadt raus, wenn man mal einen Tag nicht so weit vom Hotel weg will. Man braucht das Auto nicht, solange man nicht aus Wien raus will, da die Bahn direkt vor der Haustür ist und regelmäßig fährt.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck im 22. Stock in der Dusche ist eher schwierig und die ein oder andere Macke an den Zimmerwänden und den Vorhängen sollte vielleicht regelmäßiger ausgebessert werden.

Pros:

The view over District 22 is amazing (we stayed on the 12th floor). Overall, it’s a really nice and comfortable hotel with a reasonable price close to U2 metro station. For us, a great bonus was that there was no extra charge for the dog. We also found 2 bottles of water, juice, and cola in the room for free, which was a nice touch.

The breakfast is available (about 25 euro per person).

Cons:

Absence of ceiling lighting and small fridge.

Klima funktioniert nicht - Lage gut
Pros:

Gute Lage an der Ubahn, schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel defekt

Ich habe eine Suite für etwa 130 € pro Nacht gebucht und war ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. Die Klimaanlage hat im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert, was bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ein erheblicher Mangel ist-auch, wenn es noch keine 30°C hat.


Besonders ärgerlich: Laut Rezeption haben sich bereits mehrere Gäste darüber beschwert, dennoch wurde das Problem nicht behoben oder im Vorfeld kommuniziert.
Gerade bei einem Zimmer in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich, dass grundlegende Dinge wie eine funktionierende Klimaanlage gewährleistet sind. So war der Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinträchtigt und nicht dem Preis entsprechend.
Ich würde dieses Hotel unter diesen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nice stay
Pros:

Location is very nice. We had a view on the park. Near the hotel there are also shops in case you need smth. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and we really liked the design. What we also liked was that they don’t do the cleaning every day which was ok for us as we didn’t want anyone to enter our room on our absence. Also the next building was a parking garage that was pretty cheap. But as the neighbourhood is new, there are plenty of parking spots just on the streets.
