Good for what you pay for. Looks like a mall turned into a hotel. Free parking. Okay place if you want something cheep in the hotel zone. Room was nice, weird pictures on the walls though.

Parking was a nightmare, sound travels through every crook and cranny, no A/C in common areas, no hot water.

The hotel is very close to the Hotel Zone and the price is very affordable, very comfortable and quite. Within walking distance to the beaches and the Super Market.

Good price clear room

This hotel is good for a one night stay but not for a long week. Expect the minimum.
Elevator and escalator werent working so we had to carry our luggages to 2nd floor. As other reviews it looks as if it use to be a shopping mall or offices. Very abandon look. We just stayed one night in cancun so the price was right, we walked over to the club strip (approx. 3 blocks away). Walking at night to the hotel was abit shady, but in the day its busy with people. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean.

Muy bien ubicada y no cara

The lady was very kind, even though it was 2-3 hours before check-in. She gave me the room so I could change, leave my things, and go to the beach. Everything was great and close

Check/in was great and the attendant was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the A/C worked well. However it was difficult to find the entrance which was around the side of the building itself, which is a converted mall. In essence, there is no natural light inside the room and no views to any grounds as such. But there was a good number of lights inside the unit itself.

Great staff and wonderful location. The beach is across the street

Staff was amazing, but this place had cockroaches and the bed had hair in the sheets floor dirty like it wasn’t mopped properly had a mildew smell

For the money, the rooms were large, beds were king sized, and all clean. The hotel has little amenities but there's a cute coffee shop with a great breakfast on the backside. My teenage sons loved exploring the old hotel

Each employee I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient in answering my questions. I want to commend the women preparing the breakfasts. The food was good, hot and tasty! The restaurant was clean, airy and comfortable.
The rooftop pool was an unexpected treat.
