Residence PERFETTO.
Pros:

It’s my third long stay at this hotel and I feel myself at home; nice and clean facilities, perfect location, staff warm, friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut,Frühstück ausreichend,Kaffee sehr gut,
Fitnessraum klein aber fein,Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider waren im Fitnessraum 2 von 4 Geräten defekt.
(Laufband und Fahrrad).
Wasser im Fitnessraum nur am 1 Tag,wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt.
Terrasse leider Richtung Norden gehabt waren im "alten Gebäude" untergebracht.

Lovely staff and so convenient to the port and railway. Perfect location.
Pros:

We loved the location and the sauna facility. The staff, especially Hope was absolutely outstanding, friendly and helpful. The other staff were lovely too but Hope stood out.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like but the kitchenette had hot plates but no kitchen utensils nor pans which is a shame because it would have been nice to prepare a basic meal / snack.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό.

Cons:

Η ελαφρά αναντιστοιχια στην περιγραφή του δωματίου.
Ειδικότερα , γίνεται λόγος για μπαλκόνι με θέα, κάτι το οποίο δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα ενώ το μπαλκόνι είναι εξαιρετικά μικρό.
Επιπλέον, γίνεται λόγος για καθιστικό το οποίο δεν υπάρχει.
Ωστόσο, πρόκειται περί αξιόλογου καινούριου, καθαρού και άνετου καταλύματος.

Ηταν ήσυχα, πολύ καλό και άνετο το δωμάτιο που έκλεισα για 2 άτομα!
Ανετα κρεβάτια και καλό στρώμα, οπότε ο ύπνος ήταν ευχάριστος σε συνδυασμό ότι δεν υπάρχουν μεγάλοι αυτοκινητόδρομοι και ήταν πολύ ήσυχα!
Πάντα ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο, καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια κάθε μέρα, υπήρχε μικρό ψυγείο, κουζίνα μικρή και 2 μάτια αν θες να ζεστάνεις ένα γεύμα!
Επίσης είχε και βραστήρα, τηλεόραση, άνετη και καθαρή ντουλάπα με φωτισμό εντός!
Επίσης πολύ κοντά στις στάσεις του ηλεκτρικού και του μετρό, μόλις στα 150 μέτρα!
Ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό το προσωπικό, πάντα εκεί έτοιμο όποτε το χρειαστήκαμε!
Αν μείνω παλι Πειραιά θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!
