Perfect for us.
Pros:

We stay regularly before joining a cruise. The location is perfect being in Piraeus close to the cruise terminal. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Good value for money.

Cons:

Only short visit, would like to stay longer.

not enough coffee and milk in the room. Shower always splash over the glass.

Pros:

Lovely large room. Arrived late due to a ferry cancellation and the staff put the sauna on so we could use the facilities. Very near the ferry terminals and nice bakeries.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με βολική τοποθεσία καθώς είσαι δίπλα στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά,στο μετρό και στον ηλεκτρικό.
Ευγενεστατο προσωπικό έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει για το οτιδήποτε πάντα με χαμόγελο.

Pros:

Sehr sauber. Frühstück war nicht schlecht, Personal dort könnte etwas umsichtiger sein. Nahe zum Hafen nur 5 Min zu Fuß. Zimmer Junior Suite war super, dort gibt es eine Kitchinett hinter Schranktüren, super, aber wer reist schon mit Besteck, Töpfen, Teller etc. an. Das alles fehlt, also ist die kleine Küche unbrauchbar. Ich verstehe das Konzept nicht!

Very clean, modern welcoming hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

I loved the location and how clean and inviting it was. It was also nice to return and see familiar faces at reception. Good to see Hope again.

Cons:

It was all really good but the bed was a little bit too firm for me. It would have been nice to have crockery / basic cooking utensils and cutlery to use the small kitchenette appliance. It does say however that they would not be provided so we were not expecting them.
