Tolles Hotel, super Frühstück, leckeres Essen. Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bett. Einzig der Pool war etwas entäuschend, kein Platz zum verweilen. Großes Schwimmbecken zum Bahnen schwimmen und auch Planschmöglichkeit für ganz kleine Kinder. Für Kinder mittleren Alters, die gerne Ball spielen und tauchen eher nicht so geeignet, weil man immer das Gefühl hat man ist den Schwimmern im Weg.
Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Pros:

J’ai séjourné au Mercure Fabryczna à Cracovie, et je dois dire : l’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin.

L’hôtel est situé dans une ancienne brasserie réhabilitée avec goût, dans un quartier calme, moderne et très bien desservi. L’architecture industrielle chic est à la fois élégante et chaleureuse — un vrai mélange de confort et de design.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, parfaitement insonorisées, propres et bien équipées : literie ultra-confortable, salle de bain impeccable, Wi-Fi rapide, et tous les petits détails qu’on attend d’un 4 étoiles bien géré.

Le personnel est professionnel, aimable, toujours disponible, que ce soit à l’accueil, au bar ou au spa. Mention spéciale pour leur sens du service et leur sourire constant, même en pleine affluence.

Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : vaste choix, produits frais, options locales et internationales, le tout dans une salle agréable et lumineuse. Il y a même des spécialités polonaises à découvrir chaque matin.

J’ai aussi profité du spa et de la salle de sport, très bien entretenus, modernes et peu fréquentés — un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée à visiter Cracovie.

En bref, le Mercure Kraków Fabryczna City est une valeur sûre, que ce soit pour un séjour touristique ou professionnel.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
Et je le recommande les yeux fermés.

Nice and new hotel. Good Reception staff. Wonderful breakfast. Water in the Pool rather cold. One time use slipper very slippery for rhe Pool area. Rude staff at Pool, gym entrance. Amneties just on request under the purpose to save the world or is it just money?
