This hotel is well located in Tacna but does not offer much beyond a bed. I requested a wake up call, I confirmed that my request was on the schedule before going to sleep, but nobody called me in the early morning.

Pros:

Hotel con servicios varios muy bien ubicado. Tiene un restaurante en el piso 5 con excelente vista a la plaza. El servicio bueno, personal muy atento. La calidad de los alimentos buena. Precios razonables.

Hotel centrico, pero las habitaciones son antiguas.
La habitación del 4to piso que me dieron se escuchaba todo el ruido del restauran en la parte de arriba y de la calle.

Mi estancia en Tacna-Perú.
Pros:

El hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo, habitación amplia y agradable, limpia, ordenada, bien en relación calidad/precio, vistas maravillosas a la plaza San martin y la Iglesia.

Genial. Lá gente muy amable. Y la recepción muy amable y organizados,profissional. Muy organizados. La niñas de la limpieza muy amable.Lo Garzón del restaurante un amor, de una atención espetacular. Lo felicito a hotel por su equipo de trabajo, excelentes.

Not a good place to stay. Too much noise. Too much trafic in front of the hotel.And when we request to change the room the front desk not helo us.

Lo mejor del Hotel: la ubicación en pleno centro y la pulcritud y esmero en la limpieza, buena atención del personal en el desayuno, buena ducha, desayuno continental variado, te cafe huevos mantequilla mermelada jugos naturales aceitunas, el único problema, me entregaron una habitación con camas separadas cuando había comprado con cama matrimonial, tuve que explicarles mas tiempo del necesario las diferencias entre una habitación doble y una matrimonial, menos mal que apareció don Jose Luis para salvar el mal rato con la porfiada y poco amable recepcionista
