Super clean and cute! Good area for walking to restaurants
clean, spacious, good parking. Very few other guests so it was nice and quiet. Quick response from the staff.
The bed was very comfortable
Beautiful hotel, customer service was excellent and accommodating to our needs. Would def book this again if I'm back in town
This place is absolutely nothing like the reviews make it seem. The Gallatin Hotel is a complete nightmare to stay in. There is no real staff on-site to assist with anything, and the overall setup feels incredibly cheap and tacky. The decor looks thrown together without any care for comfort or quality, and the experience feels more like a poorly run hostel than a hotel.
For the price they charge, this is a total rip-off. You’re essentially paying for a flashy online listing with no substance behind it. Guests should be very cautious before booking here—there are far better options in Nashville that actually deliver service, professionalism, and value.
Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This place is a living hell hole, and it is beyond me how they manage to get such positive reviews.
My daughter and I stayed at the Gallatin one night and loved our experience. We will definitely be back the next time we make our way to Nashville. The rooms were bright and fun, everything was clean, and the check in / check out procedures were very easy.
Very clean. Fun location. Easy access.
quick and easy
The property is so beautiful! There are so many free great amenities; free WiFi, parking, snacks and water in your rooms, and a really cute photo booth in the main entrance! My friend and I absolutely loved our stay! Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone staying in Nashville!

Property is unique. I loved that my room had two sinks and a separate toilet and shower room. We had twin beds which were comfortable. The pillows were neck breakers though. We could hear other people but there was hardly anyone around. Earplugs were provided. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which I did not try because Oso Coffee was so close and soooo good. There was also a water machine with both seltzer and plain water which I loved. There is a luggage elevator which was awesome. The person in charge of cleaning kept it stocked and clean. The only criticism is the carpets are dirty but I bet they are impossible to keep clean. It was well done and proved to me a front desk isn’t necessary.
We needed to be in this area, so this property worked out nicely. It had a very good bed, and a nice shower. We also loved the ambiance.
Such a peaceful space and a beautiful experience. From the colors to the plants to the cleanliness of the place, it was perfect. Bed was super comfortable and the room was magnificent. They even have a Photo Booth! 10/10
This is a self-service qwerky (in a good way) hotel! So cute!! Away from the hustle/bustle of Nashville. The Photo Booth and the Luggage Lift are neat!! The free bottle of wine and the snack tray with bottle koozies was a bonus!! Double vanities in the bathroom was great for a granddaughter/grandmother trip! The history of this renovated hotel is very interesting! Great shower, plenty of towels, a sofa that was extremely comfortable!! Beds and pillows are very nice!! The only downside… not sure I would have located it without GPS.
This property looks pretty cool online, and we stayed here because they contribute to the homeless, a cause I’m passionate about. However the cleanliness needs a huge step up because the carpets are so filthy and the walls are dingy with either dirt spots or paint chips. Just needs touching up to reach its full potential. Everything else was good. Location is amazing all my Lyfts were less than 10 bucks.
Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!
Just the room and hotel smelled absolutely horrific. When we tried to open the windows in the room they were completely closed and could not be opened! Awful experience the smell was so bad we walked in the room and right back out.
Check in was easy. Rooms were clean. Plenty of dining options close by. Would definitely stay The Gallatin again.
The rooms are small but the bathroom is large and very comfortable. The decor is really fun. I feel good staying there, knowing that my money is supporting their non-profit mission of supporting people living on the edge.
I chose a small room which was indeed very small, but it was comfortable and met my needs. It's a very cool place and it might be the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at; I don't think I heard street/city noise at all the whole time I was there (my room faced the interior courtyard).
