One of the best stays I’ve had and will definitely return.
Pros:

Front desk agent Cole (pm shift ) was very professional and friendly! Excellent customer service.
Property very clean and no parking issues. Location is perfect.

Great Location, Cleanliness & Hospitable
Pros:

A friend and I went on a tour, and I was amazed by the cleanliness and modern aspects of the decor. Brian provided us with all the information that we needed. He was so helpful, kind, and hospitable. Looking forward to future bookings with Aloft at Easton.

It was fine but will be staying elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Lobby was cool.

Cons:

The room just seemed cheap with the wall that wasn’t a wall and the shower in the room. And, you could hear all the neighbors. For only $20 more I could’ve stayed at the Hilton and will next time.

Laudy is an excellent representative for Aloft!
Pros:

Laudy greeted me with a smile even before I stepped up to the check-in counter. She was extremely professional and was able to check me in early which was a blessing. Her attitude and overall personality along with her professionalism is what we need in hospitality today! Thank you Laudy for being extremely pleasant. Pros:

I found a swarm of ants in my room (a few in the bathroom and a number of them near the door) so I needed to move rooms at 9 pm. Then one of the local venues started playing music at 11:00 pm on a Wednesday night. The bass was pounding in my room and I was unable to sleep. Do not stay here if you want a nice quiet place to rest. Staff was pleasant but not able to do much to help.

The location was perfect, the rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast, however, you could purchase breakfast, so there was breakfast available.
