Comfortable and clean
Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Light switches in the room were in a weird place (had to go to the front door to turn the main lights out). It's possible they could be controlled another way and I just didn't see it.

Amazing hotel! Quiet, comfy and lovely friendly staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The manager was friendly, helpful and personable. Our room was clean and comfortable the staff did a great job. Very quiet also.

Quiet and perfectly located
Pros:

Such a quiet room, despite being located near a busy intersection. We slept so well!

Loved the location - so accessible to Milford and Takapuna and motorways. We had a lovely walk to Milford beach / marina before breakfast. In the opposite direction, it's an even shorter walk to Farro food store for some supplies.

April, who was on reception, was so lovely and helpful - she's the best.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable
Quick access to the motorway

Cons:

Wasn’t too keen on the shower, did expect something a bit more up market with the rate paid.
But it was really clean apart from the smell from the drains in the bathroom.
