Pros:

Great location and staff are very helpful. Great hospitality!

Cons:

The room is too bright . Needs dark curtains to keep the light coming in.

A modern, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable environment supported by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The suite and other facilities were very clean and well-structured providing a comfortable and convenient environment. The kitchen was really well equipped and the dinnerware and cookware were sufficient for cooking and eating family meals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well.

Great position for us while my partner was in hospital

Cons:

We had trouble with the cooker plates not appearing to work very well. Very small thing but the hinge is loose on cupboard for under the sink so door doesn't shut properly

Great location, easy booking and payment systems. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great. It's clean and very easy to stay

Cons:

The bed was quite firm but I think I would have got used to it if staying more than one night.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Immaculate. Quiet fridge. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Washer and dryer. Room away from main road as requested. Floor length nets and drapes.

Cons:

Not a single criticism.

Excellent!
Pros:

Very clean an comfortable. Really appreciated the extra things like coffee plunger, iron, hair dryer and washing machine, made travelling for work so much easier. Also we left something behind in the room and the staff told us promptly so we could collect it.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Light switches in the room were in a weird place (had to go to the front door to turn the main lights out). It's possible they could be controlled another way and I just didn't see it.
