Great overall
Pros:

The breakfast, location, staff, and overall hotel was great I would stay again

Pros:

Everything about our stay at the hotel was great. We loved the shuttle service.

The only thing that I would complain about was the bed pillows. They were toooo soft.

Overall it was a nice stay, I will definitely be back

I love the property, it was near downtown and a very reasonable price

Cons:

The only issue that I had was I was a little late getting breakfast and the breakfast host was a little rude because she didn’t really want us to get breakfast…breakfast ended at 10am and my children and I made it at 10am on the dot so she was irritated, I know I was late and she was ready to go ..she never said anything but her facial expressions showed it all.Other than that,all the other Staff members were very polite and friendly.

It was good
Pros:

Didn’t make it on time for breakfast. For us the location was good because we had our bicycles ALS ride them downtown

Brief. Effective. Clean. Lots of towels without asking for extra. Shuttle service to one location drop off until 10pm. C
Pros:

Clean. Friendly. Close to venues/nashville. Offered shuttle to broadway st.

Cons:

Charged $12/night for parking… do not remember that being evident when booking.

Terrible breakfast, few ‘health’ options. Arrived at 0400 due to delayed flight, tried to get in but door was locked, rang the bell for 15 mins and called the number listed and no one came. Finally the hotel security guard who was in a vehicle out side raised the receptionist who said she didn’t hear me
