This day was perfect. It was the billing afterwards that became a little frustrating.
Pros:

Great breakfast and there’s a shuttle to downtown, which is awesome but it would be helpful. I have one to the airport as well 24 seven coffee bar, which is a huge plus ice machine on every floor, which is great only thing was billing so keep an eye on your bill afterwards.

Cons:

Billing was a little convoluted in regards to the whole that they put on your card and if you don’t have a car specify that when you check in and upon check out

Clean and breakfast was nice and had a large selection.staff was nicer.

Cons:

TV did not work and staff did not know what to do to fix it. Said it should fix itself after a while but it never happened during the stay.

Nice place. Good breakfast. Bad communication.

Cons:

They entered my room earlier than checkout to clean and prep. After asking for a 1 hour late checkout the front desk person said he would let house keeping know. They then showed up earlier than the normal checkout. As I was about to drive away from the city I got a call saying I had left some stuff. I was a bit suprised and asked "are you sure" i have everything" in which they confirmed I had. I then had to turn around and go back to the hotel and upon going to the front desk, they informed me they had made a mistake and that I had indeed gathered all my belongings and that they had entered my room early. It was a bit frustrating to lose that time and gas to turn around and come back.

The cleaners was extremely loud at all times that was the only bad thing!
