I usually always enjoy my stay but this last time was not a enjoyable
Pros:

I like that is it close to downtown

Cons:

I don’t like being told to go to the travel and leisure desk. I will not go over there anymore but just straight to my room and they should let the customer know they have that option. There was a very long line to get checked in on this last visit which I thought was very unreasonable time to have to wait. I was over 45 minutes getting checked in. It caused us to be late for a reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was nice and clean, and I felt very safe

. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent!

We would definitely stay here again. As a family traveling I highly suggest this place.

And I have to mention the soap 😂 It smelled SO good! Honestly, I wanted to take it home with me. Whoever picked that scent deserves a raise! 😂

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was having a connecting room. The guests on the other side let their alarm go off for almost 2 hours, and it was VERY loud. It woke all of us up around 7 AM

No alcohol till three p m on game day. (Sundays)
Breakfast ends at different times on different days so on checkout day I've left without breakfast because the kitchen had closed sooner than the previous day. The bartender on Saturday and Sunday had a very nasty attitude.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel era molto buona per localizzazione e raggiungere i posti strategici da visitare. Purtroppo la vicinanza con l'interstate 40 (ci hanno assegnato una stanza praticamente sopra la prima corsia dell'autostrada) ha disturbato tanto il soggiorno. la stanza era di buone dimensioni , pulita e dotata dei comfort necessari. La colazione è risultata soddisfacente e variegata, seppur non avevamo esigenze particolari.

Cons:

la stanza non insonorizzata. i tir di passaggio in autostrada sembravano passare per la stanza.
