nice amenities but lowkey feels like a scam.
Pros:

the room and restaurant/bar area looked great

Cons:

they charged me a deposit fee of $115 when i first checked in and i was never aware of it while booking the hotel and they only refunded half of it back when they said it would be fully refunded and that it was just a temporary hold till i checked out.

The breakfast was basically good. They shut the doors before closing time though (9:00)

Pros:

I really enjoyed the budget for breakfast and their all day coffee water and tea area available.
Every staff member was so kind and helpful.
The Location of the hotel is perfect, right next to downtown Nashville. We could easily walk but were lazy and just called an Uber!

Pros:

From the moment we pulled in the staff were on site and ready to assist . We booked last minute due to the ice storm that had us without power for days so it was pretty busy . The room was so clean and with it being so many people there tracking water etc the staff kept the hotel spotless!

Cons:

The breakfast attendant was very rude and uncomfortable feeling towards my kids and I , she was an older lady who seems to run breakfast often .

I like the area. The room was a nice size.

Cons:

The room has a smell of mildew. Probably from customers laying wet towels and swim suits on the carpet. Also, the bed was kinda hard

Pros:

The staff was great and the room very clean.

Cons:

My room was on the side of the building facing the highway. It was SO Loud, that I tossed and turned all night. All the amnesties were very nice but I need sleep when traveling.
