La Ubicación para shopping, la gerente Denisse muy amable, por encima del promedio y muy agradable busca compensar problemas a tiempo,, buenas camas.El estacionamiento bastante bien sin costo extra

Cons:

La limpieza no es la mejor, un tema de mantenimiento y supervisión, ejemplo, los bombillos llenos de "pelusa". El baño no tiene donde guindar toallas salvo un gancho detrás de la puerta. En el baño habían "pececillos de plata" suelen salir donde hay humedad, moho o restos orgánicos. Lavadora y secadora son solo 2 y no son del hotel, con mal funcionamiento.

Tiene una gran ubicación,buen desayuno estacionamiento,hablan español.

Cons:

En limpieza tiene Zero los zafcones siempre llenos, el pasillo de mi piso estuvo 3 días con comida para que lo limpiará. no limpiaron la habitacion ,tiene lavandería la cual estaban bien sucias y la picina por igual.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

We liked that we can charge our EV car at the back of the hotel. The hotel's location was convenient and close to the outlet. The room was clean and it smelled good when we entered the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We didn't like that there was only one entrance to the main hotel. We had to walk around the hotel to enter into the building.

Good for the price
Pros:

I like that the the room doesn't have carpet, is everything new and had a good view. the breakfast Wass good, had plenty of food. The staff are very friendly, and they were very helpful when I asked for a crib.

Cons:

the room wasn't very clean, there was spots and hair on the sheets, the floor was a little sticky.
would be great if the room had microwave to warm my baby bottle during the night. the breakfast area is small for so many guests, we spent too much time in line to have waffles and we didn't have a table available for our family because there were too much people there.

Very clean and quiet hotel within walking distance of a major Orlando area outlet mall.
Pros:

The fact that it was very near one of Orlando‘s largest shopping outlet malls, and this is the reason why I booked here. It was within walking distance of the outlet mall. Is also a very quiet property, which I enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that there was no drinking water in the lobby for guests and there was no eating utensils near the two microwaves in the lobby area. Being that the rooms don’t have microwaves all of the guests at this hotel have to share two microwaves at a hotel with 154 guest rooms. Like at most hotels in the area, I feel the breakfast cutoff time is too early for weekdays. It should be the same as the cutoff times on weekends. The coffee in the lobby area for guests is terrible. Please improve the coffee quality.
