Fantastic stay at the Grand Palace Hotel in Addis Ababa. The hospitality was exceptional, with staff who were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was excellent, transport was seamless and reliable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — perfect after long days exploring. Highly recommended!
We had a lovely stay at the hotel.our room was very spacious and the staff were super friendly. At the bar we enjoyed local beers and delicious Ethiopian fasting plater. We would stay here again when visiting Addis.

The staff are very friendly and helpful from helping out with organising trips to assisting with medical assistance which I needed briefly.

The staff was excellent, the food in the restaurant was exceptional. From the cleaning staff to the desk clerks were always very helpful. Above and beyond, anytime I am in Addis Ababa I will be staying there.

Close to the town. Clean facility. Good staff, especially restaurant Manager Mr Daniel and team.
