Cons:

Organisation Flughafentransfer, Unflexibilität bzgl Frühstück (Bezahltes Frühstück am Anreisetag statt am Abreisetag zu erhalten war nicht möglich), Zimmertemperatur im August war nachts etwas kalt. Eine Heizung gab es nicht.

O mobiliário dos quartos é já antigo e desbotado, precisa de uma renovação, incluindo as casas de banho, onde o chão do banheiro era escorregadio e não tinham toalhas ou tapetes do chão. As cortinas do quarto estavam sujas e as paredes não têm isolamento de som, de modo que qualquer ruído ou barulho de fora é bem auditável dentro dos quartos. A TV não é smart e a ligação do cabo não estava bem fixa, pois todos os dias tinha que voltar a apertar a ligação do cabo…. O colchão da cama era confortável, mas o cobertor era antigo e com algumas manchas. No pequeno almoço, os pães e bolos servidos não são frescos.

The location is safe and secure, giving us total peace of mind throughout our stay.The Highlights: Amazing Breakfast: The menu changed every single day. The kids absolutely loved the variety, and the breakfast service staff were incredibly attentive. The airport shuttle was punctual, reliable, and stress-free. The team here truly stands out. Daniel went above and beyond to check in on us regularly and ensure we had everything we needed. Another team member, Getu (apologies if the spelling is slightly off!), was also exceptionally warm and lovely.

The breakfast juices were not the best.

The staff about the restaurant side are lazy and don’t listen I have asking for food almost half an hour and the guy was not even bothering with it . And also when ever you buy something from the restaurant or the spa they came up with an excuse of not having an equalivent change
