Airport pickup was delayed- needed help from car park maestro outside to call hotel - nobody inside with sign as promised. Had to wait 40 mins

Food was excellent.
4 am morning they surved food to my room.
I was fasting so need shour in early morning. They are parfsct. I like this hotel. And want to say any Bangladeshi tourist can stay with pleasure.

Disappointment!!
Pros:

Location was very near to the place we wnated to visit.

Quiet neighborhood

Cons:

The bookingcom photos are wide angled and give a much larger than life look about spaciousness.

The hotel needs to do more to ensure fittings are working like the kettle that had to be changed and again didnt work properly

No bathmats
No tissue box in standard room

Internet connectivity is WEAK although Wifi signal shows strong signal. That means the internet line is a low MBPS connection by hotel. I had to use the hotspot from my mobile.

Nice architectural hotel in the diplomatic area of Addis Ababa
Pros:

The hotel is 10-minute walk from Meskel Square, they offer free shuttle pick up and drop off at ADD. Rooms were small but offered all the amenities I needed. There is a spacious gym on 2nd floor and breakfast buffet offers from freshly cooked eggs, meats, veggies to traditional Ethiopian dishes.

Cons:

The equipment in the gym was little outdated and my room didn't have AC. Small details which didn't make or break the experience.

Pros:

I stayed here twice during my trip to Ethiopia, and it truly felt like a calm, elegant base in Addis. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great showers and very comfortable beds. The staff are professional, warm, and helpful — they even kept my main suitcase safely while I was in Lalibela.

The location is perfect: you can walk almost everywhere, and there are great spots nearby like Little China and Mezzeh Salad Bar, both super convenient for quick meals. Everything about this hotel made my stay easy and pleasant. I love it — and will definitely be back here during my future stays in Addis!
