رويال داي بلازا تجربه يجب ان تتكرر كل مره❤️

الاستقبال كان مريح للغايه وموظف الاستقبال كان في غايه الاحترام والغرفه كانت ف قمه الراحه والنظافه حقا غرفتنا كانت جميله 233 اما بالنسبه للمطعم فكان جميع الموظفون في غايه الاحترام والاحترام فبدا من الافطار الشيف في قمه الاخلاق ومدير المطعم في غايه الاحترام وجميعهم لايقدرون بثمن فهم اغلي واعتبرتهم جزء من عائلتي .والفندق ك منشاءه في غايه الجمال والهدوء .شكرا رويال داي بلازا اسعدتمونا في اجازتنا .فندقي المفضل😍❤️

Don't ever stay in this hotel!!!!!!!!
Pros:

It's not a good accommodation, I sent clothes to wash and they lost several pieces of the clothes and they never showed up, the managers never said anything and we had to complain several times because no one was going to answer and secondly they charged me twice for the stay and debited my card twice the payment! If you go to Cairo, don't stay at this hotel for anything in the world!!!!

Good stay and good amenities
Pros:

Amazing Patio off the back of our room, good sized room for two of us. Very friendly staff at breakfast.

Good amount of amenities such as pool, gym and table tennis!

Cons:

Beds were a little on the hard side

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Cons:

The out door area tooo loud as the are using metal chair with n o coupon the let to prevent scratching the floor causing a bad noisy sound

no one king bed they tailer ode uncomfortable one

missing a lot of accessories the guess need for a 5 Sars hotel a 3 stars will do better
V expensive for nothing
The food was bad 90% only the breakfast is ok.
