It was absolutely beautiful. The building was gorgeous, the rooms were the perfect mix of spacious and cosy, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the terrace was spectacular. It was, without a single doubt, perfection.

A special mention goes to the level of care and attention the owners show: we saw them everywhere, always with a smile or a recommendation for us, and as a guest, you could clearly see how much it meant to them for their guests to have the nicest experience possible. My family and I would be delighted to stay here again, and are definitely planning to.

טירה שנמצאת על ההר עם תצפית על כל זלצבורג, מקבלים כרטיסים למעלית שנמצאת במרחק כמה דקות הליכה ויורדת לתוך העיר העתיקה, אין צורך להוציא רכב.
ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה.

Dostali jsem větší pokoj, než jsme měli rezervovaný, za stejnou cenu. Parkování bylo zadarmo hned u hotelu. Bylo tam dostatek parkovacích míst. Hned první den nám majitel poradil, kde můžeme koupit dobré víno, dokonce nám domluvil ochutnávku u 2 vinařů. Zakoupené víno jsme mohli nechat až do našeho odjezdu v hotelové vinotéce, aby se vzhledem k počasí nezkazilo. Dále nám majitel poradil, kam vyrazit na pěší výlety a jaké vinné sklepy je dobré navštívit. Majitel nám také poradil, jak si nejlépe prohlédnout celé údolí Wachau z výletní lodě. Dostali jsme také od něho 10%-ní slevu na lodní lístky. Snídaně byla skvělá včetně mléka bez laktózy a dokonce másla bez laktózy. Jídlo v hotelové restauraci bylo také vynikající. Majitelé hotelu si velmi zakládají na tom, aby byli hosté spokojeni, což bylo také vidět na tom, jak se k nám personál po celou dobu pobytu choval. Za rok se do tohoto hotelu určitě vrátíme.

Tolle Lage, Parkplätze vorhanden, nah zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ruhiges Umfeld und trotzdem Mitten in der Stadt, sehr gutes Frühstück, große Speisen und Weinauswahl, sehr freundliches Personal und man fühlt sich sehr WILLKOMMEN.

Die familiäre Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der Hotelierfamilie. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden kostenlos auf ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett super. Sollten wir nochmals in der Wachau Urlaub machen, dann nur beim Kirchenwirt in Weissenkirchen.

It did not surprise me at all that the excellent ratings this fine hotel gets were proven to be true when we stayed there. We were there for 3 nights and we would have enjoyed staying if our schedule had allowed it. The location is fantastic, as was our room, and staff. This is a family run business and one can tell that the hands-on owners take a lot of pride in their hotel. They treat their staff very well and it shows in all aspects as a guest.

Ausgezeichnete Lage mitten im Zentrum, sowie köstliches Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Donau! Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, klein aber fein, so wie angeboten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
