Tout était parfait, c'est un hôtel magnifique, avec un personnel d'exception! La chambre, plutôt l'appartement, était magnifique ! On n'en revenait pas.

Pros:

L'établissement est plus luxueux que sur les photos, ils sont même en chantier pour créer une nouvelle aile pour augmenter leur capacité de logement. Les appartements sont très grands, très propres et super fournis d'électroménagers. Ascenseur, sécurité... Il n'y manque rien. Parfait pour visiter le nord ouest de la Crète, et les nombreuses et très belles plages du classement Européen. Je suis parapentiste, donc je vais peu être avoir la chance de pouvoir voler en soaring sur la plage de Falasarna...Pour terminer, l'accueil est excellent et les animaux de compagnie sont très bien acceptés.

Accommodatie is hygienisch, veel privacy, gemak en comfort moderne inrichting. Ideale ligging voor een uitje met de boot en in de avonduren om de stad te verkennen. Eigen parkeerplaatsen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Obsługa perfekcyjna pomocna i uczynna, spedzaliśmy czas w hotelu w niezwykle milej atmosferze. Dla Personelu 5 z plusmem

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und super sauber. Täglich wurde gereinigt. Die Lage ist top. Die wunderschönen Strände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jeden Abend sind wir zu Fuß nach Kissamos gegangen. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Sehr nette Angestellte, die jeden individuellen Wunsch erfüllen. Wir würden es jederzeit empfehlen und auch nochmals selber buchen.

Es gibt nichts zu erwähnen.

Duży basen z wieloma leżakami. Dobra lokalizacja blisko głównej ulicy turystycznej miejscowości. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Apartamenty dobrze wyposażone i nowocześnie urządzone.

Cons:

Śniadania były jednolite, nie były w formie bufetu. Podawano odmierzone, małe porcje w postaci jednego jajka, niewielkiej ilości smażonych wędlin słabej jakości, jogurtu, soku i pieczywa. Do tego cała taca ciast, pancake'ów i croissantów - dla kogoś kto lubi śniadania na słodko. Wifi praktycznie nie funkcjonowało na 2 piętrze.
