Struttura moderna, bella ed elegante. Dotata di tutti i comfort

Cons:

Avrei dato 10 se non fosse per la terribile doccia in bagno, senza box doccia e con il piatto doccia a filo pavimento che faceva allagare tutto fino ad uscire fuori dal bagno, rendendo pure pericoloso camminare una volta fuori dalla doccia e costringendoci a fare la doccia in un angolo e ad asciugare continuamente per terra.

Très belle expérience.
Pros:

Séjour fantastique, petit coin de paradis au cœur de la ville. Les gérantes sont si gentilles qu’on se sent chez soi des l’arrivée. Les enfants sont très bien accueilli aussi ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine était chaude avec toujours de la place. Le petit déjeuner fabuleux !

Pros:

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Also, the hotel offers an excellent breakfast service (officially from 8 until 11 am) and they make the tastiest capuchino at the bar. Worth mentioning is that you could also have your breakfast to go in case you have an early start to Balos or one of the other famous beaches (you just need to make a request the previous day).
The suites themselves are very spacious and comfortable, especially split-level ones. Rooms are cleaned and linen is changed every single day. However, by pressing a button you could opt out of the cleaning service for the day.
Both levels have big terraces/balconies. In addition to the usual amenities, there is also a washing machine (but bring your own detergent) and an iron with ironing board.
As far as location goes, this luxury aparthotel is located in a quiet area within a walking distance from the town centre where you could dine or do some souvenir shopping.

Cons:

Kissamos doesn't have a half decent beach. Hence, it is not a smooth-going destination for car-less people, like we happened to be. And yet, the town offers organised day trips, jeep safari, boat trips, and loads of other opportunities. There's also the inter-city public bus service.
Last but not least, at the hotel, there is a pleasant pool with enough shade around it that you could enjoy. However, I personally found the water a bit cold. Otherwise, the pool is a good alternative to the faraway beaches. And it doesn't get too crowded.

Our stay at Sapphire Blue Resort was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring.

The swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay — large, beautifully maintained and perfect for both relaxing and spending time with the family. The entire property has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and has clearly been designed with great attention to detail.

What made our experience even more special was the fantastic service. The staff were warm, helpful and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We felt very welcome.

Everything about Sapphire Blue Resort was exceptional. It is one of those places you are genuinely sad to leave and would happily return to. We highly recommend it.

Aussergewöhnlicher Ort für Tage der Entspannung
Pros:

Alles was man in den positiven Rezessionen liest ist eingetroffen! Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, sehr saubere Unterkunft und besonders nochmals hervorgehoben: Echt tolle Leute die sich um den Gast kümmern!
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
