Pros:

Hay mucho vago por la zona, me parece en general un lugar medio inseguro. La recepcionista es respetuosa, pero atiende muy indiferente, considero que debería ser más amable o sonreir quizas. El lugar estaba limpio y con necesario; las luces entre pasillos tardan en encender.
El precio esta acorde.

Pros:

This is a very bad hotel. The staff are rude to guests. They randomly close the hotel for the maintenance with no warning and throw guests to the streets. They overbook the hotel and they tell the guests that too bad and tough luck for them. The staff do not know anything about good customer service.

This hotel is very bad. The staff are rude and racist. The hotel barely has functioning receptionist hours. It is very hard to get a room in this hotel even once you pay for the room. Stay away from this hotel. The staff is very rude and incompetent.

Hotel bueno y económico para pasar la Noche en Armenia.
Pros:

La Ubicación del Hotel es buena, está cerca al parque El Bosque y a la avenida Las Américas, hay un distintos negocios cerca, panaderías, restaurantes y supermercados, cerca a una zona comercial y un amplio parqueadero al aire libre.

Cons:

El hotel es algo viejo, le falta pintura y tiene algunas paredes de las habitaciones sucias, no tiene agua caliente y aunque la habitación cuenta con buena iluminación el baño es pequeño.

Abrumadora
Pros:

Tenía los servicios aseados y con su debido papel.

Cons:

La habitación es super pequeña, las camas suenan cada ves uno se mueve, el televisor es una pantalla de PC super pequeña y cuando se esta acostado no se ve nada. Un ventilador super pequeño y con ruido para toda la noche.
El check in es a las 3pm pero el check out es a las 1pm, no me parece justo.

Refused a room
Cons:

The hotel asked when we would arrive and we had indicated between 9-10pm. Our bus was delayed by an accident but not by much. Before getting in the taxi I messaged the hotel and told them we were arriving soon. They said welcome. We arrived at about 10:15pm and they told us there was no room available. We had to find a hotel last minute with 3 kids in a Saturday. Absolutely horrible experience and would not suggest taking this kind of risk by using booking.com

Pros:

El hotel es espectacular; sencillo, suficiente para el descanso; la ducha de la habitación que nos correspondió era un poco incómoda, pero en general todo espectacular; el personal muy muy atento y el desayuno muy completo a un precio cómodo.
