Am fost cazată la Qosmo Brașov Hotel în cadrul unei călătorii de afaceri și pot spune că a fost singura locație din Brașov care mi-a satisfăcut complet nevoile. Totul a fost foarte bine organizat, de la confortul camerei până la atmosfera generală a hotelului.
Personalul a fost extrem de atent la detalii, amabil și profesionist, iar acest lucru s-a simțit pe tot parcursul șederii. Pentru mine a contat mult liniștea, curățenia, calitatea serviciilor și faptul că am avut un spațiu potrivit atât pentru odihnă, cât și pentru o deplasare business.
Recomand cu încredere Qosmo Brașov Hotel celor care caută o experiență premium, servicii impecabile și o atenție reală față de client. Cu siguranță voi reveni.
