Hôtel superbe pour une expérience réussie à Carthagèhes
Pros:

Personnel très agréable. Etablissement très calme tout en étant dans le centre historique. Le restaurant est superbe, très bonne cuisine italienne, excellent service, personnel très attentionné.

Cons:

L'heure un peu tardive du check-in. Cependant, nous avons eu accès à toutes les installations / services de l'hôtel ainsi qu'un rafraichissement très appréciable :)

Adorámos a nossa estadia e o staff!
Pros:

O hotel é lindo e o staff é mesmo muito simpático e sempre disponível para ajudar.

Cons:

As toalhas da piscina podiam estar em melhor estado (tinham algumas manchas de lixivia e um ar ja gasto).

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

The hotel is a beauty and in a great location. We were able to easily walk everywhere. The breakfast was delicious!!! The morning staff was always very welcoming and Eduardo from guest relations was so attentive to us. We also had the opportunity to get a massage and it was by far one of the best massages I’ve had in my travels. 1000% recommend and will come back.

Pros:

Quarto aconchegante. Cama muito confortável. Dois tipos de travesseiros: um alto e um baixo, permitindo ao hóspede escolher o que mais lhe convém. Banheiro grande. Chuveiro excelente.

Café da manhã pode melhorar.

Would not recommend this stay In Cartagena
Pros:

Mixed feelings about the hotel, possibly because it was so expensive but didn’t quite meet the price tag level.
Pros:
- Couldn’t be a better location within the Walls - it’s central but off the loud and busy tourists’ paths.
- The building is beautiful and well decorated. Lots of well-designed common areas and options to choose from.
- hats and tote for the duration of the stay were a really nice - and useful - touch
Cons:
- Lack of service. The staff seems sleepy and unresponsive. We arrived late at night - a single line with a child and a service dog - and NOONE helped us with the luggage. When we tried to use the pool downstairs and couldn’t find the towels - the staff just wandered away without trying to help. Drinks and food service on the roof was almost non-existent or just plain slow.
- Mediocre breakfast. Very scarce, and inconsistent.
- The room was very dark, with one tiny window and not enough electric lights (so it was always dim). And there was a continuous leaking from the ceiling in many spots. Plus the lack of any sound proofing! I could hear every person passing by our door, speaking. We couldn’t fall asleep till late, after no one would be walking outside.
- the swimming pool downstairs is pretty much decorative
- huge mismatch between price & value. It was the most expensive hotel we had during our trip around Colombia, and it was def not the best one

Pros and cons to my stay.

Pros - good location, relaxing vibe and decent restaurant. Mayguel Chaverra was very helpful during my stay & one of the only staff members who spoke adequate english.

Cons - during December Christmas week (and “peak season”) the concierge staff is off from 2pm Saturday until Monday. Felt like an e-hotel as service was only through texts on Saturday after 2pm. Very impersonal. Majority of customer facing staff don’t speak adequate english.
