في المجمل، الفندق عنده مميزات قوية جدًا: View استثنائي، Suites رائعة وواسعة جدًا، Staff ممتاز، وخدما
Pros:

تجربتنا في الفندق بشكل عام كانت مميزة جدًا، وفيها نقاط قوية جدًا، لكن في نفس الوقت فيه بعض التفاصيل اللي محتاجة تحسين.

أكتر حاجة مبهرة في الفندق هي الـView؛ المنظر فعلاً خرافي ومن أجمل الحاجات في التجربة كلها، وخصوصًا من الـSuite. والـSuite نفسها كانت ممتازة جدًا ومساحتها ضخمة، فيها Master Bedroom، حمامين، بلكونتين، وسقف عالي بيدي إحساس أكبر بالمساحة. الأثاث كان شيك ومريح، وديكورات الحوائط معمولة بذوق جدًا. الملاحظة الوحيدة الغريبة بالنسبة لنا إن مفيش ثلاجة في الـSuite رغم حجمها ومستواها.

طاقم الفندق كان من أفضل أجزاء التجربة؛ العاملين محترمين جدًا ومتعاونين، والاستجابة لأي طلب كانت سريعة ولطيفة. وشكر خاص جدًا للأستاذ طارق على تعاونه واهتمامه وحرصه إن تجربتنا تكون مريحة قدر الإمكان، وده كان له تأثير واضح وإيجابي على إقامتنا.

كمان فيه بعض الخدمات المريحة داخل المكان، منها سوبر ماركت وToy Store، ودي إضافة عملية جدًا خصوصًا للعائلات والأطفال. حمام السباحة كان جميل، لكن كان زحمة بشكل واضح في أوقات كتير.

بالنسبة للشاطئ، فيه باصات تقريبًا كل 30 دقيقة لنقل النزلاء من الفندق للشاطئ، وده منظم ومريح. أما الـParking فكانت بعيدة جدًا عن الفندق، وده ممكن يكون مزعج خصوصًا مع الشنط أو الأطفال، لكن الفندق موفر Golf Carts للتنقل بين الـParking والفندق، وده بيخفف المشكلة بشكل كبير.

Cons:

النقطة الأضعف بالنسبة لنا كانت الأكل. جودة الأكل في الـOpen Buffet كانت أقل من المتوسط من حيث الطعم والجودة بشكل عام، والأهم إن طريقة عرض وتقديم الأكل ما كانتش Hygienic بالشكل المتوقع من فندق بالمستوى ده، ودي كانت أكتر نقطة سلبية في التجربة وتحتاج اهتمام جدي.
