Overall comfortable and great value for money
Pros:

I don’t know what all the fuss in the comments is about. Yes the place is not spotless, but the AC works on the 7th floor, it wasn’t loud at all. The room seemed clean enough, the location is 2 min away from the U-bahn station, so I didn’t see anything wrong with the property.

Cons:

Yes they have no staff at the reception and everything is automised, but if you know how to use your phone it shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes to self check-in.

Cons:

Nemožnost domluvit se s personálem v případě změny ubytování. Potřebovali jsme nový termín a byli jsme ochotni si připlatit či odložit svůj pobyt podle kapacit hotelu, ale vše bylo problém.

Ideale per un soggiorno tranquillo a Vienna
Pros:

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dall'appartamento: le giuste dimensioni, dotato dei principali comfort e silenzioso. Ma la cosa che ci è piaciuta più di tutte è la posizione: è vero che non è centrale, ma è altrettanto vero che è a 30 metri da Heiligenstadt, il capolinea della U4, quindi estremamente comodo per arrivare rapidamente in qualunque punto della città. Da non trascurare il supermercato Billa esattamente sotto casa: anche quella una grande comodità.

Cons:

Il check-in automatico è stato un po' laborioso. Ho notato che anche altri ospiti hanno avuto le nostre stesse difficoltà. Inoltre non mi è piaciuto il fatto che in caso di difficoltà potessi chattare soltanto con un chatbot, che, quando non aveva risposte da darmi mi rimandava fisicamente al personale della reception, che però faceva orari incompatibili con i miei. Morale della favola: l'unico problema che ho avuto me lo sono dovuto tenere e risolvere per conto mio.

Pros:

The apartments are very cozy and comfortable. Communication with the hotel is excellent. Check-in and check-out are highly convenient via the app, allowing you to complete the process in advance. Any issues are resolved instantly. I'll definitely be back more than once!
