The photo of the XL studio 24 m2, at booking.com before our reservation was with balcony,the double bet was bed side drows, and off course acces for both sides of the bed,2 armchairs, a table for dinner, and a flat larg tv.
I have asked the reception desk for the room I have seen in the photo, and she said, the rooms are the same as this one which is contrary to the facts.

.In reality our room was a double bed with one acces only in one side,and the wall,the other person had to jump over..more difficult having to go to the wc. night time for people in our age!!!
VERY POOR FURNITURE

NO BALCONY as mentioned , and show in the picture,before booking..
TV only in German ,no smart TV, so we were not able to use mirroring, or use Netflix with our codes,so no television other than German language for 7 days. I have asked to rent a tv for 7 days they said NO...

WC. No protection for shower waters , so the water was all over the floor.
Not even one self or a rag to place cosmetics, shampoo..in the shower area.
The staff was very willing to help, after complains we got 2 chairs but still no comfy to rest.
NO COVER ON THE TOILET BALL ,IS IT HYGENIC TO BE OPEN ?

Definetely we didn't have value for our money and we are asking for a refund......
We are not students any more.
The first photo is the XL studio we liked and we booked.
The 2 nd photo is the one we got,and being very disappointed.
It seems if you have a look generly in the photos the trying to avoid to be specific what is exactly what is being offered with different prices....
The reception girl dinihed that XL, is the one shown clearly in their pictures.

There was an issue with the soap dispenser that was not addressed despite notifying the hotel.
Slippers were not provided; although this is a minor detail, the explanation based on hotel policy was not satisfactory.
Housekeeping was not carried out daily, despite our stay being less than a week, and the justification provided was unconvincing.
Towels were not replaced daily.
The bathroom waste bin was left full.
An insect near the elevator remained there throughout the entire duration of our stay

Just a little trouble with the self check-in, maybe one more cooking pan would have helped.

Drzwi prysznicowe nie były do końca szczelne. Przez szaparę na dole wyciekała na podłogę woda.
Dodałabym tylko gąbkę do mycia naczyń w kuchni, bo szkoda puszczać zmywarkę na kilka sztuk naczyń.

La camera non era molto pulita sebbene fossero venuti a fare le pulizie, sotto il letto c'era molta polvere.
Quando siamo arrivati in struttura il contenitore dell'acqua della macchina del caffè aveva una piccola perdita e aveva rilasciato acqua sul piano a induzione, il che non ha reso impossibile l'utilizzo della macchina del caffè ma più scomodo.
Il tostapane era privo di pinze dove inserire i toast, il che l'ha reso inutilizzabile.
C'era solo una tazza nonostante fossimo in 2 ospiti.
I cuscini erano poco consistenti e quindi moderatamente scomodi.
La lavastoviglie puzzava.

Edificio caótico, sin información de habitaciones, ni carteles, ascensor sin funcionar (la habitación en el piso 7). Cero intuitivo. Una hora en hacer el check in.
