Хорошая цена и качество, сломана система кондиционирования , не работает вентиляция и потоп в уборно

Хорошее месторасположение , хорошая шумоизоляция и комфортный номер, а так же очень приветливый персонал

Cons:

Резинки душевой кабинки снизу отсутствуют во всех номерах и когда вы моетесь вся ванная заливается водой.

Так же в начале в нашей комнате была сломана система кондиционирования , и она нагревала комнату до 27 градусов , и невозможно было спать , так что пришлось из - за этого провести бессонную ночь, что подпортило отдых , но потом нам заменили номер. Так же не работает вентиляция в уборной

Great location. Rooms are new and clean.
Pros:

Very good location as it is right next to the Heiligenstadt train station. It takes only a few stops to reach city center. The room was excellent. Almost everything is provided for your stay, even kitchen appliances. The bathroom was clean and new. There was also plenty drawers and storage in the room.

Cons:

The blankets were a little too small for me, and the pillows are a bit too wobbly. I would also appreciate if the rooms were cleaned more often. I stayed for 8 nights and only got my room cleaned once.

Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda, vicina alla metro e con supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura. L’appartamento ha una dimensione adeguata ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di salviette e carta igienica, così come la presenza di TV e Wi-Fi, entrambi molto comodi. Il bagno è perfetto e la presenza del lavandino separato risulta particolarmente funzionale. Gradita anche l’attenzione di trovare, all’arrivo, due cialde per il caffè a disposizione.

Cons:

Il cuscino risulta un po’ troppo basso; sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione nell’armadio un paio di cuscini in più per chi ne avesse bisogno. Inoltre, suggerirei di lasciare una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo, che sarebbe un’attenzione molto gradita. In cucina, sarebbe comodo trovare anche una spugna per lavare i piatti e una tovaglia per la tavola.

Pros:

It was a very good location, the rooms were obviously with very new furniture.

Cons:

The towels were never changed and also the room was never cleaned.
We stayed for 5 nights so it was a long stay for it to never be cleaned.

расположение прекрасное, рядом метро, електрички,трамваи,автобусы.номер чистый,современный,есть кухня и все необходимое

Cons:

исчезла разделочная доска, надо поменять ножи-в одних номерах они хорошие,а в других просто ужас.

La comodità di avere la metro sotto casa. Un fornitissimo supermercato a qualche passo.

Eravamo un pò lontano dal centro ma il fatto di essere vicini alla metropolitana rendeva estremamente facili gli spostamenti

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the pillows were also not comfortable and did not provide proper support. Overall, this significantly affected the quality of my stay.
