Dịch vụ lễ tân nên coi lại. Đặt chỗ nghĩ trên Booking.com khai có bé 7 tuổi và đã confirm rồi. Vậy mà lúc check in đòi check lại với quản lý để xem tính phụ phí không? Chán không thèm nói! Cho âm 1 điểm luôn chứ đừng đòi 2 hay 3 sao trên thang 5 điểm. Dịch vụ lễ tân tệ nhất quả đất! Tôi đi du lịch khắp 4/5 châu rồi chưa thấy chỗ nào dịch vụ lễ tân tệ như ở đây!

Nice quiet place
Ocean view from room. Friendly Staff. They provided us 2 free BF. Bathtub is for display only, cannot be used as there is only 20L of hot water stored, a great disappointment.
Location is far from main road. 2nd morning BF was so lousy. Nothing was present as there were not many guests around. We had to ask and they slowly brought bits and pieces out. They noted that a hand towel was missing from my father's room. We checked everywhere, but it was no where to located. We did not like this. THEY BUILT A LOVELY BATHROOM WITH A LOVELY BATHTUB but you CANNOT use it as they only have 20L of water available, unless you are prepared to have a cold bath!. I did lots of walking that day and was looking forward to having a lovely bath to relax. Water filled to my ankles and turned cold. 2 housekeeping staff came, only to be told there is only 20L of hot water available, I cannot use the bath. Showers were fine, but not for filling a bath.
Enjoyed the breakfast and the personnel that make it happen!
Would be great to see when the hotel becomes more environmentally conscious and sustainable in all of their workflows and processes
