Hôtel sympa mais pas pour ce que nous avions prévu
Pros:

Personnel agréable

Cons:

J’ai choisi l hôtel pour le spa et la piscine mais malheureusement tout était fermé
Nous voulions du farniente du coup nous avons dû sortir malgres la météo qui n’était pas au beau fixe

Cons:

Pool was cold and there was a bad smell every time we went down to the gym area. It was Ramadan, but Alcohol free beer would have been a nice option.All in all I would still go back again.

Rude staff Waheel and not catering for intolerance

Very rude male  staff Waheel  who is overnight staff at reception on the 21st February . He  should learn some customer  service and was confrontational  and aggressive person . Needs training for international  guests  I was staying there for a week . I booked a transfer with hotel to airport  and asked him to check if taxi was confirmed in the morning as i had early flight . He said its too early  in the morning to call the driver,  it should turn up . .I asked him to check with driver.  He said no . Its not his  problem and started raising his voice like he wants to fight. . The female  staff are nice and pleasant.  When she started  the shift  at 8 am she confirmed  its fine as it was in the log book.  He was so lazy he couldn't even do that . I emailed the hotel months in advance for plant based milk as I have intolerance  but they never replied . When I requested  it the night before they said sorry we dont have soya milk. So I paid to stay for a week  but they can't even get a bottle of milk for me.  I m vegan so all I had was hot water and cornflakes . I said I cant eat hot breakfast in the morning  but wanted to take some grilled vegetables out with a container . Being vegan is hard in Morroco The waiter said no.  His  words where its not my problem. . I spoke to.the manager. He finally agreed to let me take food out daily . I said I paid for breakfast  for a week  and im getting nothing and not eating anything.

Finally the pool was cold but the door key kept on  not working daily and I had to charge them daily .
Overall  if they have international  guests they should cater for intolerance  and diets   . This is not a 4  star international  hotel experience, they should cater for foreign guests if they taking their money .

Clean hotel some staff okay but others need training.

Morrocco is a beautiful country with friendly people everywhere i went but in hotel some staff was rude to guests
