The billing disaster made for a very bad experience overall.
Pros:

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Manager was unresponsive.I changed my stay from 2 nights to 1 night, informed them on the first night itself via booking.com, who contacted the hotel. There was no response. I was billed for both nights. The hotel claimed Booking.com should have adjusted the bill it at their end.

Pros:

Decoração muito bonita do bar e da sala de convivência, quarto e banheiro modernos.

Cons:

Durante o check in não foi informado sobre a retenção de garantia no cartão (Hold), verifiquei a cobrança quando o valor foi debitado do meu cartão, ao questionar a atendente demorou até ela concluir que o valor a maior era em função do "Hold", e me disse que seria devolvido. O check out foi no dia 30 de maio, hoje é 9 de junho e até agora ainda não foi devolvido.

I will be staying here anytime I’m in Nashville!!! Regardless of cost of parking. I’ll just plan for the cost.
Pros:

Everyone was super kind and helpful. Valet service was wonderful.

Cons:

Be aware that the cost of valet parking is a bit misleading on the posted prices. Expected about $80 but was nearly $200
