Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. They were so attentive and made our visit very personal. It had a great waterfront location to watch the ships going in and out but was quiet enough if needed.

Cons:

Nothing. The staff were so quick to avoid anything becoming a concern.

Staff was truly service oriented and amazing - It’s a return stay !
Pros:

Great location, super clean. Amazing staff. I liked the gym & spa. And really like the relaxed breakfast style. Definitely a return stay !

Cons:

You get a good bit of walking traffic when cruise ship arrives, but it’s not a bother and creates fun people watching from the balcony jacuzzi:)

Perfection from start to finish

Me and my wife spent the first leg of our honeymoon at Canale - from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty

High quality hotel where the staff are so kind
Pros:

What a wonderful place and the staff really make the hotel as they are so kind, friendly and helpful. There really isn't much else to say other than it's wonderful - really nice rooms and breakfast is delicious. They had their own WhatsApp channel and it made everything so helpful, they organised taxis for us when we were out, or gave recommendations. Breakfast is delicious and staff really do check in on what you'd like and remember it for the next day to make you feel so cared for. The rooms were also cleaned to a very high standard each day.

Cons:

Nothing!

The only thing to flag is we thought the beautiful beach Costa Costa had a relationship with the hotel so you were offered complimentary loungers, you actually need to pay 40 euros for two. It's not a problem, but best to be in the know. What they can secure, is saving you front row seats, which is still nice, particularly on busy days when there are cruise liners coming in.

The tiniest thing would be the pool didn't have lots of space around it for more than 4 or so loungers, but it wasn't a problem and the staff made it work for everyone!

Everything you desire from an authentic Greek island vacation!
Pros:

The most wonderful, hospitable and friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. Location was excellent, walking distance from an abundance of bars and restaurants but far enough that you still enjoy the serenity of the island. The breakfast is particularly standout, from delicious food to a sunny service!

Cons:

The pool only has a couple sun beds but when you have so many nearby beach options it’s not an issue at all.

Very nice for one or two nights. Staff are amazing
Pros:

Fantastic team everyone was so friendly and really took an interest. Location was good a little away from really fussy road.

Cons:

We booked because the reviews said the hotel had links to a nearby beach with free sun beds. This is NOT the case. The hotel can book you sunbeds for 40-60 Euros. You will need to make your own way there (which will be a car or taxi ride). Fab hotel for one night not a lot to do in the capital once you have walked around.
