Could not fault - amazing staff!
Pros:

Could not fault anything about Canale - while there are other guests, you feel like you are the only ones there - very quiet and private!
It’s mainly the wonderful staff who make this hotel so great. Maria, Lia and all the other staff made us feel so welcome and they are extremely helpful with recommended restaurants and activities.
Breakfast is yum and very substantial.
Would definitely recommend and hope to make it back one day!

Exceptional staff and hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, immaculate, comfortable and the staff are exceptional, wonderful, helpful and a credit to the hotel. Excellent amenities and the location is very good, on the seafront, convenient for trips and access to the shopping area and restaurants

Canale hotel was perfect for our stay in Kefalonia.
Pros:

Friendly hotel staff went above and beyond to offer advice on best places to visit, booking taxis & local info. We enjoyed lovely views of Argostoli harbour from our bedroom. Breakfast portions were very generous !
Bed was comfortable & the room was immaculately clean. The bedroom linen & towel changes were very frequent - a nice touch !
The hotel location is perfect - The shops, restaurants, bars, boat trip, bus & coach stop meeting points all within walking distance.
I highly recommend Canale Hotel for your stay in Kefalonia

Great hotel in argostoli
Pros:

Great hotel in argostoli, the best ever! So clean, great location realy quite, supper service, reception so nice and helpfull. Really good breakfast! Bads so comfortable!

Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. They were so attentive and made our visit very personal. It had a great waterfront location to watch the ships going in and out but was quiet enough if needed.

Cons:

Nothing. The staff were so quick to avoid anything becoming a concern.
