It had laundry facilities included in the room
We were situated so far away from the lift
Location, friendly staff, clean. Had a kitchen and bathroom. Everything you needed.
The bed was a little too hard for my liking so I slept on top of pillows.
Close to the Powerstation venue, secure parking
The recpetion staff were very freindly and helpfull , location was great
the bed was very uncomfortable , my room was not serviced in the three days i stayed
The rooms were comfy, clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderfully friendly.
If you check in late there is an AI chatbot to “help” you check in. After loudly repeating personal identifiable information out into the night, the bot welcomed me in but the doors remained locked…
I had to then call up the help desk, circumventing the whole “necessity” of the AI. I spoke with a few other guests and they all shared similar experiences to my own.

We didn’t enquire, but found we couldn’t adjust the fan speed for the air con.
