Convenient location, easy to find. Clean and had all facilities needed for a one night stay
Check in process was uncomfortable and disfunctional. No staff were present and front doors locked with an AI intercom to welcome guests. The AI didn’t work correctly and kept giving me another guest’s name instead of my own to check in. Once we called the manager to be let in, all of the guests key cards, names and information were together in a lock box. I found this to be a breach of privacy and untrustworthy. Based on this alone- I will never stay here again

Location was perfect for us as we attended an at Life church.
We appreciated being able to leave our care in the car park for an extra half hour so we could attend the 9am service at Life church.
Room was clean and had everything I needed. Even all of the dishes in the cabinets were thoroughly clean! Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable.
The upholstery is in need of a deeper clean, but not to the point that it put me off. Also, the dishwasher unit didn’t seem to do a very good job, but no biggie.
Excellent location for us, I was having treatment at Mountain Road hospital so perfect for us, a supermarket was also a short car ride. Very clean and they did their best to accommodate an early check in due to my treatment schedule which I really appreciated.
Everything was very good
Bed could have an extra topper as I could feel the ridges of the electric blanket, but was still very comfortable and the linen was great!
