Kasa River North Chicago

This was a very clean and beautiful place to live. The ease of access and keyless entry made it easy to entry exit. There was a security guard at the entrance, safety was great. Location was close to dinning places and walkable to major places in chicago city.

The room was lovely with a great view. Much larger than a standard hotel room. I would def stay there again.

Easy to navigate after the first time, the emailed instructions were very concise. Room was clean and view was great.

I really loved my stay at Kasa, the room was lovely and very much looked the the pictures online. The room was clean and a great size. Only complaint is that it smelt heavily of bleach when I came in but atleast I know my room was cleaned. The property is contained within apartments and has a receptionist at all hours. There is a Amazon locker. Nice lounge area with a small cafe. There is a gym, outdoor swimming pool and outdoor lounge area.

The accommodation is located a few minutes away from trains and local buses. There are shops and restaurants minutes walk away. I felt very safe in this area. I even went out at 3/4 am and I had no issues. What I really liked about this location is that, it wasn’t extremely busy like the city centre but still much going on.

I did see in a previous review somebody complaining about the entry to the rooms and I must say at first it’s a bit picky to deal with but as soon as you know how it works it’s fine. I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to tell if the door was locked while I was inside but other than that no issues.

Kasa provides a ton of information about the property and amenities. I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope to stay here again if I visit Chicago again.

This place has everything for a multi-night stay.

the place is spotless. amenities are top tier: pool, two floor gym, kick ass views of downtown at night.
its walkable to the train stations and wholefoods nearby.

This was an amazing stay. It’s not a hotel, really. But, it was a 1-bedroom apartment including a room with a king bed, living area with a fold out, laundry with detergent, full kitchen with all amenities that included coffee, tea and sugar. The windows are floor to ceiling overlooking the MBI college campus and city views. The front desk staff are sometimes helpful and friendly, and sometimes not, depending who was working. It’s walkable to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc.
Overall, this exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay again.

Contemporary & excellent rooftop ! Parking was not easily accessible

I really liked this small apartment for my business trip! Super clean and great views! The check-in is virtual, however the property has a security guard 24/7 who was very helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean room. Comfortable living area and bedroom. Only minus was i had to contact Kasa to get my check in information. Apparently they didn't have my email?

Good spot

Great option instead of hotel. We liked the pool area. There is a coffee shop right next door. Grocery store just a couple blocks away. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Parking was inexpensive nearby. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Great apartment and building. Pool access is a bonus in the summer. Would say blackout blinds or curtains would be better in the bedroom as it does get very light early.

Beautiful Condo, clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent location, 15-30 minutes walk to Magnificent Mile and river walk with many restaurants and Parks.

What’s plus are the outdoor pool/ sitting area and fancy lounge on 16th floor with terrific views. The only minor issue I have is that the shower water flow is very thin. The shower head may need to be replaced

In addition to the great room and location there is a breakfast/lunch restaurant and a coffee shop in the same building.
