Hotel centrico, comodo y basico para espera por pocos dias.
Mi critica constructiva es que a la recepción un poco mas de empatia en comunicación ser mas detallista al entregar información.
Y convenios con app respetarlas
Fue solo una noche pera la reserva nunca la consiguieron
La unica deficiencia es el desayuno. Vengo seguido a hospedarme y siempre es el mismo desayuno.
La atención fue muy rápida y en la recepción fueron gentiles. Muy buena oocion

The only thing we did not like much was that no towel available in the room other than that … everything else was fairly good. Ah and at the checking time they did it know that room was already paid … they Expedia..

We stayed 4 days and we had a good time here. The food at the cafe was good. The coffee was delicious. All of the hotel employees are very friendly, helpful and welcoming to PR. The beach is less than 3 blocks from the hotel, but is not good for swimming. Very rough waves.
The supermarket across the street is great.
No hot water and the room power is shut down unless you leave the key card inside. There is nothing more unpleasant than returning to a hot room after a hot day. The pictures displayed on Expedia are quite misleading.
You can smoke in the parking lot tho.
Also, beware of 'hotel taxi service'. They might guarantee certain things to the client (ie. accepting foreign currency) without the taxi driver's consent, leading to unpleasant interactions.

First, the room assigned did not have a good working airco, however was assigned to another. The bathroom did not have warm/hot water, and does not have a douche spray shower..

Está bien para mi fin que era descansar, antes de continuar con mi viaje. Habitación muy confortable, todo en excelente condición. Me hizo falta agua en la habitación agua en botella y café. Por lo demás todo muy bien
They did not have my reservation in their system so they did not have the rooms available.
We had to take the last room and make the best of it.
The staff however did everything possible to help me and make my stay better.
Anderson was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with our bags and made sure we got to our room safely. He also guided us with how to get food.
Everything was exellent.

fue maravilloso, buena comida, excelente habitacion, limpia e impecable, Yo lo recomiendo y en el centro de cucuta. Muchas tiendas, es un sitio seguro, muchos taxis pasan al frente del hotel.
