Le personnel était adorable, mention spéciale à Najma, Jenipher et Jullina pour leur accueil et leur sourire. L'emplacement était top, à côté de la plage, les chambres sont propres et les repas très bon

Il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre et le petit déjeuner un peu léger.

Amazing place, amazing hotel and really friendly staff.
Pros:

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff!!
Beautiful room and was always cleaned and refreshed daily.

No back up generator so when the power went (quite often) it was annoying

Incroyable séjour au Tropical Sunset
Pros:

Super hôtel, très cocooning. Le personnel est aux petits soins, souriant et disponible. Très bon service de pressing.
La chambre était incroyable, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville et la mer.

Pros:

La habitacion esta muy bien, el hotel es muy limpio. La zona de piscina y bar es super. La disfrute muchisimo. Muy bien ambientado, el desayuno esta muy bien, el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Tenia problemas con el Wifi. La supuesta vista al mar, es la orientacion del apartamento pero el mar no se ve. La nevera de la habitacion no funcionaba. Para ir a la playa tienes que caminar algo de 500 metros por unos sitios que no son nada agradables y cruzar una ruta.

Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente con atmosfera tranquilla e intima, indicata per chi è in cerca di relax.
Sono particolarmente attenti alla pulizia, nelle camere vengono cambiati asciugamani e lenzuola tutti i giorni.
Staff molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
Ristorante buono con una varia scelta di piatti.
La posizione è un po' defilata rispetto al mare ma ci si arriva tranquillamente a piedi in 5 minuti.
Assolutamente consigliato!

Cibo alla carta con ampia scelta, semplice, locale, ma comuque sempre buonissimo!
Camera spaziosa, personale delle pulizie sempre attento ai dettagli. Ottima pulizia
Struttura piccola, ma carina e ben curata!

Non dovuto direttamente alla struttura, ma alla zona
- è saltata spesso la corrente, anche per diverse ore, ma il personale si muoveva rapidamente per utilizzare un generatore privato
- la stradina per arrivare alla struttura non è comodissima

Traumhafter Hotelurlaub mit fantastischem Restaurant
Pros:

Das Hotel ist innen ein absoluter Traum! Wunderschöner Pool, tolle Zimmer, schönes Restaurant mit vielem leckeren Essen. Die Umgebung ist nicht ganz so toll. Wir sind einmal zum Strand spaziert, dabei haben wir uns nicht so wohl gefühlt, da man viel durch kleine Gassen und an großen Straßen ohne Fußwege gehen musste. Der Strand ist ganz schön. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit zweiter Etage, wo noch eine Hängematte war. Die Einrichtung war ganz toll und ästhetisch - leider war es sehr heiß, da die Klimaanlage so viel Fläche kühlen musste. Im Restaurant hatten wir einmal eine Art Kartoffelpuffer und die Falafel. Beides war ausgezeichnet! Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht besonders gut. Uns war nachts sehr warm. Die Lage ist eher unschön, wenn man das Hotel nicht viel verlassen möchte - ist es ideal. Es kommt zu Stromausfällen, was aber kein Minuspunkt am Personal ist. Zweimal wurde uns das Tor am Eingang erst nach ca 10min geöffnet. Man hat leider keinen Schlüssel bekommen und war daher darauf angewiesen, dass jemand öffnen. Wir haben definitiv laut geklopft und es waren mehrere Leute bei der nicht weit entfernten Rezeption, es kam uns etwas komisch vor, dass es so lange dauerte.

Pros:

Établissement très propre, dans un endroit calme à 10 minutes à pied de la mer. Le restaurant n'est pas cher et très bon. Le personnel est adorable. La piscine bien entretenu, propre. J'ai vraiment aimé cet endroit proche d'une des plus jolie plage de Zanzibar. Il y aussi à 5 minutes à pied sur la route qui va à la plage un mini market où vous trouverez tout ce que voudrez

Pros:

Wir sind einfach überglücklich über unseren Aufenthalt! Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir so warmherzig und liebevoll empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben.
Die Sauberkeit war unglaublich – unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag mit so viel Sorgfalt gereinigt, es hat regelrecht gestrahlt. Man merkt, wie viel Herz hier in jedes Detail gesteckt wird.
Der Service war herausragend. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Jennifer – sie ist ein wundervoller Mensch und hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht.
Die Küche ist einfach ein Traum – 10/10, besser geht es nicht!
Wir reisen mit einem vollen Herzen ab und wissen jetzt schon: Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder nach Sansibar. Danke für alles! 🌴✨
