Pros:

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά! Πολύ καθαρό! Η καμαριέρα πέρασε και τις 2 μέρες που είχα κλείσει! Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο.Πολύ ωραία θέα! Ο μπουφές στο πρωινό είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόταν! Πολύ ευγενικός ο υπάλληλος στην υποδοχή!

Das Früstück war super mit viel Auswahl, Die Aussicht super.Personal prima und freundlich.

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer bekommen das ich gebucht habe, sondern in einem anderen Gebäude. Angeblich ein Upgrade, aber es war ein downgrade, das Zimmer sehr sehr klein. Ich habe 67.50Euro extra bezahlt damit ich 7 Stunden früher ins Zimmer kann, das gebucht Zimmer war angeblich noch besetzt, deswegen haben sie mich in dieses ca.11qm kleine Loch gesteckt.Insgesamt habe ich für eine Nacht 154.50 Euro bezahlt. UNVERSCHÄMT!!!

Ευρύχωρο ,κακή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής ,ωραίο και πλούσιο πρωινό θα το ξανά επέλεγα

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ,ωραίο πρωινό και ευγενικό προσωπικό

Cons:

Κατά τους χειμερινούς μήνες πιστεύω το κλιματιστικό δεν αρκεί θα ήθελε και κάτι άλλο που να κρατάει το δωμάτιο σε μια σταθερή θερμοκρασία

Demande pour lit double et nous avons eu 2 lits 1 personne, chambre très petite, lit pas confortable, vieille salle de bain sans crème ou quoi que ce soit.. On nous a mit dans une autre partie de l’hôtel de l’autre côté de la rue.. accueil pas top du tout à la réception..

Perfekt für den Iraklion-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Parkplatz am Hafen war super. Das Frühstück war auch toll.
Wir hatten als kostenloses Upgrade ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Leider aber ein Doppelbett mit nur einer Bettdecke - das mussten wir dann doch ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten rücktauschen (ich hatte ai´uch ein Twin-Zimmer gewünscht).

Cons:

Alles gut.

Ήσυχη διαμονή στο κέντρο της πόλης
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο με θέα στη θάλασσα και ήταν υπέοχο να βλέπω από το κρεβάτι μου το Κούλε και το λιμάνι.

Το πρωινό είναι νόστιμο αλλά αρκετά φτωχό.

Αmazing short stay at Heraklion. I was upgraded to a sea-view room. The room was spectacular with great amenities and really really comfortable. The staff was very welcoming

Due to the fact that it was a short time visit (1 night) before heading to my base in Crete I added HB to my reservation. The food and service at Brillant Restaurant was top notch as well as the breakfast the morning after.

Totally recommended for your stay at Heraklion

Stayed for one night, it was a great stop over! The staff was absolutely incredible!

Very attentive staff, charming room, and quite comfortable for a one night stay!

Cons:

If you're looking for a location right in the center of town this one is a bit further away, but it was not a problem for me, just for your information if you want to be right in the center!
