Amazing Lusaka
Pros:

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, water pressure in the shower was perfect.

The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The place was also very clean.

Location is very central, easy access to a number of places with a mall just a stone throw away

Cons:

Not a dislike but recommendation - some scent control could be considered, especially on the 1st floor where there's (I think) a cigar lounge.

I love that the place runs on solar, but it pained me how much water I had to let run in the shower until it got hot enough.

Pleasant hotel in a good location
Pros:

Very good location and friendly professional staff.

Excellent Birthday Brunch
Pros:

This Hotel is excellent. From the moment we arrived, we had a brunch prepared for us which was exceptional. I also believe the pancakes are the best I have ever had :). The food was exceptional. The comfort of the bed and size of room including a fantastic balcony where we had a few breakfasts, made this a very special birthday. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

I loved the place including the soundproof wall so nothing negative for me. Great place.

It was a wonderful overall experience
Pros:

I loved the breakfast, not much of a breakfast person but the presentation and food was really good

Cons:

Both restaurants could be more esthetically pleasing giving us a luxury feel.
