Thin walls it was loud all night. TV was broken they couldn’t fix it . Rooftop bar was closed without prior notice. Breakfast and WiFi not included. Staff refused to make it right.
The staff were amazing and went above & beyond to accommodate everyone during the winter ice storm. Big shout-out to the bartenders Tiffany, Juan & one other but I didn't catch his name. These guys/girl deserve a raise because they never seemed irritated even though I know they were exhausted at times from the long hours.
No complaints at all.
Rooms were very high quality. Hotel lobby area / bar also really smart - Staff were great and very helpful.
Nothing
The comfort and the fact that we got a surprise in our room: a champagne bottle to celebrate out 15th wedding anniversary. The little things count!

Location was great, and room was pretty swanky and very tech-enabled.
Booked a King Suite Corner with a view of the city, specifically for New Year's Eve. I had researched a good bit to ensure my view would be of downtown. Upon checkin, it was side (Gulch) view. This was the main reason for dropping nearly $500/night to have a downtown view. I spoke with the front desk about a room change, but they informed me that no Corner Suites had a downtown view. I was very disappointed, and there was no option to change rooms of equal value to get my desired view. I think the actual view information should be better detailed on their website.
Additionally, there is no free Wi-Fi. Every modern hotel has free Wi-Fi. And lastly, there is no general snack and/convenience type shop in the lobby (i.e., think toothpaste, chips, etc.) Instead, I was told to go across the street to Trader Joe's...
Beautiful hotel but not a luxury hotel for the price. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed and relaxing shower but we could hear other rooms from above and next door. This was the first hotel I’ve experienced hearing the neighbors. We went down for breakfast around 9am and the only thing offered was the buffet ($38/person) The food was cold, stale and lack luster. For the price I would expect much better quality. Valet service was fast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, gifting us a bottle of wine for the occasion we were celebrating and didn’t hesitate to give us a late check out time. We picked the W to stay somewhere new and for the location but as much as we enjoyed our time, I would be more inclined to stay at the JW considering the prices are pretty much the same but the quality is astronomically higher.
Derrion was the man at valet. He gave the best service and has an unreal energy. Every time I got out of my vehicle he always helped and went above and beyond. Get this man a raise asap.
This hotel is located right off a freeway exit if you are in a rental or an uber. It’s a busy location. It Hosts frequent private events due to its beautiful atmosphere. The mood is always set from the front door to the rooftop lounge. Breakfast is very appetizing. Room service is 24 hrs and so are the drinks. There is even a cute country boutique with an even lovely-er manager available to help you with your Western attire. If your view is of the city it will over look a light up park to make you feel welcomed. This hotel is a Star or better yet a W-inner!
Winston was great and provided great service for valet parking. Our room and stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend!
Austin was great! We connected on bull riding and he was very professional during my visit in Nashville. He made the visit with his conversation during the Holidays.
The W hotel and staff were amazing.
There was an apparent electrical fault in the room (the sofa sockets), resulting in a massive arc that tripped all the electrics. Maintenance told me, “Do not use this socket.” Additionally, I had to have the sofa cushions replaced because they were wet and smelled of urine.
It’s modern looking. Nicely located. All the furniture, fixtures etc are still brand new.
Loud outside bangs in the middle of the night can be heard in the room.
I requested in advance non-feather room. I got confirmation online and upon arrival.
And believe it or not the room had all feather pillows.
On top some of the towels and robes weren’t clean enough.
Ryan and Johnathan were very helpful at the valet stand. Loveliest hotel experience ever! So glad we splurged and stayed here
