Eigentlich war ich stets zufrieden, aber die Reaktion auf die langen Haare die ich in meinem Bad gefunden hatte war dem Anspruch - und Preis - des Hauses unangemessen. Weder eine Wort des Bedauerns noch sonst eine Reaktion.
