sauberes Hotel, ruhig, super Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist im Industriegebiet, ideal wenn man seine Ruhe will 😂 Diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem PKW zu finden.
Frühstücksangebot ist sehr reichlich und für jeden etwas zu finden. Personal abends an der Hotelbar war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Ich komme beim nächsten Besuch in dieser Region gerne wieder in dieses Hotel

Schönes modernes Hotel mit organisatorischen Problemen.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel modern und sauber

Cons:

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mit Kleinigkeiten bereits überfordert.
Wir haben das Hotel für unsere Band gebucht.
Vorausbezahlung der Ortstaxe dauerte ca. 20min da die bestätigte Buchung mit der Buchungsnummer nicht gefunden wurde.
Das geklärt wurde der Band bei der Anreise gesagt, dass die Zimmer storniert wurden obwohl von unserer Seite nichts unternommen wurde. Auch dies hat sich nach einiger zeit aufgelöst.

Diesmal ging die klimaanlage. Am 5.6. War die Anlage kaputt bzw. Nicht angestellt.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war geschlossen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war trotz grosser Hitze nicht angestellt. Das Fenster im 1.Stock konnte nicht geöffnet werden.

Zimmer und Hotel sind einem einwandfreien Zustand. Alles recht neu und sauber. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert (bei ca. 40 Grad Aussentemperatur). Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich und am Frühstück war alles vorhanden...
Preis-/Leistung absolut TOP

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Personal einen kleinen Kritikpunkt. Dies betrifft vor allem die Sprachkenntnisse des Personals. Es ist etwas Problematisch, wenn weder Englisch noch Deutsch in Österreich gesprochen wird.
Das Frühstücksbuffet am Sonntag ab 7:00 Uhr war leicht chaotisch, da viele Monteure etc. dieses "leergeräumt" haben und der Nachschub dann naturgemäß etwas gedauert hat. Vielleicht sollte hier am WE ebenfalls ab 06:30 Frühstück angeboten werden

Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Das Hotel hat eine moderne Ausstattung.

Cons:

Nicht so ansprechend war die Lage des Hotels etwas abseits in einem Industriegebiet. Das Hotel ist vornehmlich auf Pendler und Arbeiter ausgerichtet, was man an den Frühstückszeiten des Hauses merkt.
