L’hôtel est bien et sympa. La vue est magnifique

Ascensore - 1 solo x 6 piani- fermo per 36 ore. Nessun gesto di scuse per ripagare gli ospiti del grave disagio.
Acqua dai rubinetti pessima e niente acqua di omaggio in camera. Bottiglie da 250 cl. a 2 euro ciascuna!

Pros:

Emplacement un peu à l'écart de la ville, très calme. Hôtel moderne, design, petit déjeuner. Très belle vue depuis notre chambre, nous avions pris une chambre supérieure avec balcon, et on nous a "upgradé" gratuitement dans une petite suite avec terrasse, magnifique !

Cons:

Parking voiture non privatif, dans la rue devant l'hôtel.

Was required to cancel and change booking offered to pay a cancelation fee for this, instead they took the full payment without us even staying there. So extremely disappointing in their attitude towards our situation!!!!!

Leggermente lontano dal centro ma raggiungibile tranquillamente in 5 minuti di auto. L’accesso al mare è poco pratico ma a qualche metro di distanza dall’hotel c’è una spiaggia accessibile

Ok-Wahl wer nahe Trapani direkt am Meer sein möchte mit Pool.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist modern, hell, frisch. Das Personal sehr freundlich und engagiert. Der Pool und auch sonst alles sehr sauber. Die Aussicht aufs Meer fantastisch (Meersicht-Zimmer lohnt sich!!). Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut & frisch. Super Ausgangspunkt für morgendliche Jogging-Touren entlang der Uferpromenade!

Cons:

Uns fehlte etwas Atmosphäre, Gemütlichkeit, Wärme... Es ist recht steril, unpersönlich, fehlende Liebe zum Detail. Im Zimmer zu wenig Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher unschön, nicht einladend. Auch der Strand leider verschmutzt und (für uns) nicht zum Baden geeignet. (Zum Glück gibts einen schönen Pool). Die Liegen beim Pool und Meer sind zwar grosszügig, leider fehlen Sonnenschirme.

Pros:

Struttura veramente stupenda, non me l’aspettavo così bella, soprattutto quando si entra, si viene sempre accolti da un profumo meraviglioso! Anche il pranzo/cena direi ottimi, cenare con la vista mare e il tramonto. Anche i piatti erano buoni! La nostra stanza era meravigliosa con vista piscina e vista mare. Stanza pulitissima e ogni giorno ci cambiavano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani! Consigliatissimo 💪🏾
