Für uns etwas enttäuschend,denn wenn ich in den Urlaub fahre suche ich Erholung!
Pros:

Lage war super,Frühstück haben wir auf dem Zimmer gemacht und das Wetter war passend für unsere Vorhaben

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert,aber sehr hellhörig was die Böden angeht,es war sehr viel Lärm und wir konnten bis in die Morgenstunden keine Ruhe finden,auf Ansprache beim Personal,erhielten wir keine Hilfe.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz ist vorhanden aber ich weiß nicht, wieviel Stellplätze noch frei waren, da wir einen Behindertenparkplatz nutzen, hatten wir noch einen freien Platz. Kann sein, das es auf der zweiten Ebene auch noch Hotelplätze gab. Aber ansonsten war alles perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr umfangreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gibt keine Kritikpunkte, alles perfekt!

Good location and friendly staff, but the overall value for money could be improved.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We also really liked the children’s playroom, which was a nice bonus for families. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of food.

Cons:

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and neither my husband nor I could sleep well because of them. The air conditioning blew very strongly regardless of the temperature setting, while sleeping without it meant hearing the nearby railway (although closing the windows helped). For just one night’s stay, we didn’t feel the price was justified. We also don’t understand why parking is charged separately at a hotel in this price range.

Pros:

Kundenservice 1a, total dienstleistungsorientiert auch, wenn es mal um mehr als den Standard geht (hatte etwas in der Unterkunft vergessen, sehr unbürokratisch und prompt geholfen).
