The room was nice and spacious.
It was the second time here and we returned because the first time was ok, however it Was such a big mistake going back!
Upon arrival the code sent to us to access our room didn't work and apparently neither did that of other guests. We were all stranded outside our rooms trying to call a number which kept us on hold for nothing. Finally we gained access because I found a cleaner in one of the other rooms and she asked her superior to contact us.
The toilet seat was dirty with dried pee.
Air-conditioning was not adjustable and it was on heat when the temperature outside was 30 degrees.
Next day breakfast was inexistent. We went down 30 minutes after it began and there was literally nothing.
Terrible service! NEVER AGAIN!

No staff anywhere at all..to ask queries about difficulty with code,never found out how to get to the pool so didn't use it and no one to ask about the finished items during breakfast.No staff made our stay unwelcoming .
Comfortable room and quite and clean.
Breakfast should be more varied
We had booked 2 bedrooms for a family holiday and never thought that its a different building. Booking.com representative (zoe) has been helpfull connecting with me and the hotel to arrange the change of room for my family to be near each other..
Receptionist is not always available though I understand because they are all around crew..
Walkin bathroom
Dodgy check in. No reception and fire alarm went on. Guests had to reset it. Heating not working in a ver cold night. A thin duvet only. Called for more blankets never came. Emergency no told us heating is not on. Next day sick. Bfast. No bacon no sausage no scrambled eggs. What a rip off. Asked for refund. No answer. Been before was very nice. Not anymore and will never come again. How do you advertise these kind of places? Never again.
Clean and helpful staff (when present)
There were no reception staff to help us when we could not get the door code & needed a blanket for our cot.
The hotel is gorgeous and the manager we met was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was perfect, The breakfast was good.
The room was extremely warm and we hardly slept at all. The ac was not working and to make matters worse, there was central heating which we could not switch off! It's such a pity because the hotel is lovely.
The room was spacious.
The room was very hot. We could not change the mode of the airconditiona and despite the owner told us that they were coming to check it out, we stayed there all evening and nobody came. Very disappointed. Also the breakfast was very basic.
When we first came in we were greeted by the nice receptionist. He was nice and helpful! The view was amazing and located a bit far away from the main attractions but not too far away which for me was really good!
The room door key code didn’t work and after we found out that 2 passcodes worked. The flushing in our room was horrible, either no water came out or a little bit at a time. The breakfast on the pictures look lovely but when we weee actually there the buffet was mostly empty and had to wait for constant too ups ( the solution to this would either make more variety or make more quatity on the dish itsself) no bacon or sausage for breakfast which was a bit of a downer and my hubby is a very picky eater so it was difficult for me to make him enjoy bread with cheese and baked beans.
Everything was very good, location, breakfast selection, clean room.
