We had an amazing stay at this hotel for my birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect.
Our room with the private pool was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special occasion.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
We truly enjoyed every moment and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious.
Thank you for making my birthday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
The only thing we would like to mention is that the floor at the bottom of the stairs, just outside the private pool area, becomes extremely slippery when wet.
Unfortunately, my partner slipped and fell on our very first day, injuring his hand and hitting his head. Thankfully, it wasn't more serious, but we believe this is something that deserves attention to help prevent future accidents.
We mention this only because we truly enjoyed our stay and hope this small issue can be improved for the safety of future guests.

The room was modern clean and spacious and I enjoyed the private plunge pool. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
No reception, requested extra towels it never came. Service side of things can be improved in terms of more front house staff on the ground.

El hotel estaba reformado y la habitación era muy grande, por poner un pero el armario era pequeño, pero las camas eran muy cómodas y sobretodo las almohadas
El desayuno tipo buffet era bastante completo y estaba atendido en todo momento.
Todo el hotel estaba muy limpio y bastante cuidado.
No me gustó que no había personal presencial en el hotel, para poder entrar en nuestra habitación nos ayudó otro huésped.

El horario. El check in empieza a las 15pm es muy tarde y el check out es a las 10am. No son ni 20 horas de estadía.
Que la piscina cierre a las 18 en verano es un despropósito.
The rooms are very nice and cozy. Cleanliness 100%. The breakfast nothing to complain at all. Also something that I really enjoyed is the sound proof.
The Pool is very small. In my opinion the hotel should be Adults only as the pool is very small and at one point we could not go in the pool. Also umbrellas there was only 3. Safety in that area is not so good. There is open wires and I believe water and electricity don't go together.
