Drey Hotel

The village pool through some great pool parties and the amenities were great.

Atmosphere was amazing. Loved the pool party, Games available, and loved the private balcony. Great place to get away to even if you stay in town.

This was my second stay at the Drey. Great location and helpful staff! Last time I had a corner King, overlooking the grass and pool. Great for people watching! This time my husband was joining me so I thought it would be nice to upgrade to a room with a balcony... Either I missed it or it didn't mention the balcony rooms are overlooking the street in front of the hotel (road noise) and directly across from their new construction project. We woke up at 8am (6am our time) to about 10 guys directly across from us doing construction ... not ideal... The staff was semi sympathetic (semi) and of course there were no other rooms available (except a standard King and it was too much work to move). I'm only writing this so people know the view from the balcony room is nothing special and after the construction is complete it looks like you will be looking directly into someone's apartment or hotel room. I preferred the rooms overlooking the grass and pool area. There were pool parties but they ended by 7pm. I don't think the noise from that would have bothered us as much as the construction. Either way it would have been nice to know before we booked the "upgraded" room...

Hotel was very accommodating, very clean and pretty. Great little area. Medallia the bellhop was so kind and helpful, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed!

We absolutely loved our stay. The room we booked was spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Lance, the bell captain, greeted us with a complimentary glass of wine, and he was kind and helpful, as were all of the staff members we encountered - from the front desk to the valet to housekeeping. We enjoyed the location, which was tucked away yet still convenient, with restaurants, coffee shop and activities within close proximity. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Drey Hotel. A very convenient location and an extremely friendly and guest service focused staff. Special thanks to Lance, Bell Captain, and Bray, Valet, for taking such good care of everyone in our group. Very much appreciated.

If you are considering staying in one of the Loft rooms here, DON'T! The rooms are nice BUT, YOU CAN'T LOCK THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE! There is no accessible power at the desk. The is a wall that is 2 stories of windows and there the blinds are see through! Because of all the ambient light its light inside even at night. And, between about 5-9pm, the grounds are SOO crowded from people who don't live there overwhelming the property it's hard to even park a car of use any of the facilities like the gym.

Fantastic front desk staff! Friendly and very helpful with small requests!
Lance- Bell Captain was especially helpful. He took us to a near-by pool in his own vehicle. The main pool was hosting a large Memorial weekend Bash!

The Drey Hotel at The Village was awesome and 5 Star all the way.
Not one negative comment only positive comments about the entire experience including the staff.

A little Oasis in Dallas close to lots of things. Quiet boutique style with lots of amenities in the complex it is surrounded by. Rooms are always beautiful, well thought out and luxurious. The staff puts them over the top! Bridgette at the front desk is amazing always make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. Loved the complimentary glass of wine in the evenings and the cookies were a great treat as well. Bridgette even came to our room
To help us with the streaming services one evening when we couldn’t get them to work. Lance is so very helpful as well, he does it all, valet, bellman etc. our car was always ready and he was always ready to help with anything we needed. This is my second stay and we will be back. It was convenient and easy to get to the highway, for our trip we had several different directions we were going so it was a great middle ground. We really loved our stay! Side note- my first stay was in the tower part of the hotel in a suite and it was perfect. For this stay we booked a loft just to try something different but we never found the parking or even how to get into it and had a difficult travel day getting there so I just went back to the lobby and asked to be in a room
In the tower and Bridgette fixed it all! So I don’t have a review of the loft experience but just because of the service when you stay in the hotel I will always book that option from this point forward.

We stay at the Drey everytime we go to Dallas. We used to stay at the Marriott in Uptown but once we found the Drey there was no ging back. The village offers everything; restrurants, massive pool, pickleball, great workout facility, etc. The staff is extrememly helpful and friendly. The Bell Captain, Lance Lashley provided a warm smile everytime we entered the hotel, served us wine at happy hour and ice for our room. We also found Bridgett at the front desk to be resoureful and welcoming. The Drey is located in a lively village with lots of young adults on the grounds.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed by Lance and Bridget. You definitely won’t be disappointed in your stay here! The hotel is so nice, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean, well maintained, and inviting. The customer service truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in this area!

This place is so beautiful, so clean and the staff are so welcoming! Lance went above and beyond to bless us and make us feel comfortable. Would definitely come back!

We have had the best stay at the Drey celebrating a birthday!! Lance was so kind & welcoming when we arrived, helped us unload, went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding, and they blessed us with some welcome gifts!! The rooms are spacious, and the area is so much fun! Would definitely recommend!

One request to the hotel is that they have feather-free pillows available. I was surprised they didn’t have any, as feather allergies are pretty common.

If you are going to Dallas, the Drey hotel is the place to stay. Cannot begin to tell you how clean it is how fun itis the people there are professionals. You’re always taken care of Ethan at the front desk was great to deal with. Very helpful.
