GOING TO UPPER OR LOWER FLOOR TO GET ICE, VALET PARKING REQUESTED MY CAR KEYS WHERE KEPT BY MISTAKE THOUGH IT WAS STRESSFUL HAD TO REQUEST FOR KEYS TO BROUGHT TO ME SO COULD LOCK IT, MADE ME LATE FOR MY PLANS.
THE WAY PAYING FOR VALET WAS OFF SHOULD BE IN WITH HOTEL PRICING NOT SEPARATE.

Due to billing issues I cannot recommend the place. The staff felt a bit overwhelmed with work.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but fresh vegetables lacking.

Cons:

the billing was not transparent. An early leave fee is not appropriate, as the night has been paid anyway. This is not appropriate and the Hyatt Group is working on this. Be careful to check your billing when leaving - as I got the information only via mail and the money was taken from the credit Card account.

Walking distance to broadway which was great.
Pros:

The location and view and was clean

Cons:

The fee and the extra costs it was supposed to be for cookies that I nvr ate and water that was supposed to be in the room everyday in which house keeping only can once. I had to ask for water and towels
