AMAZING! Hailey and Stephanie were great!!!
Clean, efficient, good location, and the staff are helpful. The vibe is also cool, the entry sitting area and the restaurant.
Our stay here has been incredible. Hook up Hailey and Conner at valet. They took care of us. The location is incredible and it’s close to the Alan Jackson concert.
Alexander was a very good valet driver. He helped me get my bags and brought them up to my room. I 100% recommend this hotel.
Alexander was so amazing. He drove our car with precision and grace!
The hotel was fine, but the valet was amazing. The gentleman's name was Alexander. He was very thorough, quick and very personable. Would recommend the hotel, but especially the valet.
Stephanie is an awesome person helps me with my deliveries even though she does not have to 10/10 employee
Hyatt Centric is a great hotel with amazing service. Decor was top tier. Great onsite restaurant - Ella's. Perfect location.
Perfect location to walk to broadway or a show at Nissan stadium. Room was spotless and beds were so comfortable. Everything was as it should be. Staff welcoming and went above and beyond to make the weekend special for my son.
The hotel is very clean and is just a short distance to the pedestrian walkway to get to Nissan Stadium. Check in and out as well as the valet service was great which made our stay stress free.
Located in walking distance to Broadway and the Nissan Stadium. Staff were very cordial. Ella’s was located in the hotel & perfect for breakfast! Rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Will definitely stay there again!
Nothing
Good Location. Friendly staff
WIFI didn't work well
This beautiful hotel was convenient and accommodated an early check in so I could sleep after early flights. It is close to the fun but peaceful and quiet too.
Great stay wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tennessee. The service was great and the room was nice size. Can’t wait to go back soon
My daughter and I took a short girls trip to see a concert. We have been to quite a few Hyatt’s and this was our favorite one. The decor in the room was so cute. We had a view of broadway from our window. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back.
Be sure to check your sheets before you get into the bed. Mine were disgusting and stained all over. Over all location is great if youre planning on hitting broadway.
Everything was spot on at the Hyatt Centric. It was our first time to Nashville and looking at maps wasn't quite sure how close it would really be to Broadway and my conference at 8th Ave. It was a short walk to both and being a couple blocks off Broadway was perfect, it allowed us to get away from the foot traffic. We went during the week of CMA Fest, so Sun - Wed weren't bad, but later in the week we could slightly hear the music from Broadway late into the night. No fault of the hotel, just the way it is, and it was faint. Our king room with sofa was perfect for us, it gave room to spread out for the week and also get some work done. The value for the price we paid is hard to judge, since it was CMA Fest week, I'm assuming prices were higher than usual; but it was the best bang for our buck as far as location, price, amenities, and room type.
The service from front desk to room cleaning was great, I appreciated the text message to see if we needed anything when we had the "do not disturb" sign up. We typically only need our room cleaned/fresh towels every other day. The restaurant area was convenient and good (including the service). We had drinks there a couple of evenings along with snacks at the bar. The hummus, pizza, and meatballs were all delicious. We also had breakfast in the restaurant one morning, which again was really convenient, fast, and tasted good.
All in all, we definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.
