Excellent location & stylish
Pros:

Friendly, helpful & smiling staff. Very clean room, great facilities; coffee in the restaurant area.
Only 2 blocks from Broadway, but quiet at night.
Easy for Uber pick up too.
Very stylish decor: modern and fresh.

The Breakfast was amazing, room was great with a nice retro look.

Cons:

Wish there was an indoor or heated pool. Couldnt park my 2500 in valet, The bar needs some revamping on its drinks.

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurant was a great surprise. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. 10 out of 10 stars!!

GOING TO UPPER OR LOWER FLOOR TO GET ICE, VALET PARKING REQUESTED MY CAR KEYS WHERE KEPT BY MISTAKE THOUGH IT WAS STRESSFUL HAD TO REQUEST FOR KEYS TO BROUGHT TO ME SO COULD LOCK IT, MADE ME LATE FOR MY PLANS.
THE WAY PAYING FOR VALET WAS OFF SHOULD BE IN WITH HOTEL PRICING NOT SEPARATE.

Due to billing issues I cannot recommend the place. The staff felt a bit overwhelmed with work.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but fresh vegetables lacking.

Cons:

the billing was not transparent. An early leave fee is not appropriate, as the night has been paid anyway. This is not appropriate and the Hyatt Group is working on this. Be careful to check your billing when leaving - as I got the information only via mail and the money was taken from the credit Card account.
