No proper communication between staff and managers, They have telling to us for local people no roo

Past years we had good communication,
But this is the one of bad experience one bad experience,no proper response from the helpdesk and the maneger who's take of the mangement,

We have referred near 15 members friends and family about your residence .

Past 5 years we are coming your residence,
But this is the bad experience,
Even we have a shared with our family and friends our experience with them, we had a last time that 3/11/2025 no response .we have waiting 1hour in the reception.

Even managers is communicating that no rooms for local people not allowed in the residence. And they are not ready to speak in Kannada maneger and staff

They are not giving respect for costumers .

We have paid the advance payment,that to still we didn't refund it .
