Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg Lahore

Location great as well as cleanliness. However, be careful what is said to staff as they change their tune very quickly. They will say something but will not hold true to their word.

rooms are very large and confortable, considering Lahore has very hotel areas, this hotel is one of the best available options. I liked the rooms but I particularly did not like the area where hotel is located, the food in breakfast can be improved toa. more international taste.

Excellent Customer service and in good location. However, toilet is not at it's best cleanliness and the WIFI signal from room was very bad. WIFI from hotel lobby was fine.

Clean and comfortable overall.

The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish.

Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself.

The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels.

Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes.

Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t enjoy the room service menu, is a personal thing though as it’s 24 hours availability and i also am a very picky eater. Breakfast was good I thought with great wait staff and a friendly host.

If i ever came back to Lahore, would be hard to choose between here and the OBAN. Both fantastic hotels, for pure luxury though i would choose here if price wasn’t an issue.

Very nice hotel located in convenient area.

Area is good

The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. When we went to check in the front desk worker actually raised his voice at me when I was approaching the steps to stand in line to check in. He waved his hands to send me away because there was one other person at the counter. I was simply waiting my turn. If I wasn’t in need of the hotel rooms I would have walked out and never returned.

Lovely hotel, good location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Worth upgrading to bigger rooms as they are very spacious, we liked the fact that the tv is a smart tv we can watch netflix etc. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is good. We enjoyed the pool on the rooftop the guy there is very nice, also gym facilities are good. We ordered room service and found overall food was good. AC was very good in the room.

Three star hotel dose not provide iron and iron board , amities was bad and look like refill , towel look dirty and has changed their colour

Property was great. The room service and food prices were very high though. I've stayed at other area hotels like Avari Xpress and Park Lane, where the experience was similar but food prices were much lower.

Very modern hotel good price good food don’t think you will get a good hotel for a reasonable price anywhere else. Impressed with the standards.

Looks good but in reality bad. Had email confirmation for booking. But hotel stuff unable to find booking. Wasted 30min looking for my booking. Once in our room. AC not cooling. 3rd person got a mattress on the floorLater on found out the filter had not been clean and the AC was choking. This means no one checks any thing this should be a monthly PPM check. Lifts are really slow even when not busy. 1 key and 1 towel between 3 people. So noisy in the city view rooms you will stay away awake with rickshaw and motorbikes roaring all night. On check out they wanted 1000 rupees for a misplaced key/card and money for misuse of a towel that had makeup on. Only stay if you have a low budget or want to be in this location.

Overall the hotel and staff were excellent
