Great location and nice renovated rooms, but service, attention to detail could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and the renovated room was nice and comfortable overall. Breakfast was okay, and our stay was generally okay.

Cons:

The reception service was quite average and could have been more informative and welcoming at check-in. We had to ask where breakfast was served, and the Wi-Fi information/code was not mentioned either. It would have been nice to receive the basic hotel information automatically upon arrival. The soundproofing could also be better, as you can clearly hear other guests coming and going and the doors closing plus one night had young neighbors partying the whole night. The cleaning or laundry detergent used in the room and bedding had an unpleasant smell rather than a fresh, clean scent. In addition, the silicone around the shower was visibly moldy and should be replaced.

Pros:

Бяхме 7 нощувки с моя партньор и останахме изключително доволни от хотела. Пристигнахме рано сутринта , а настаняването беше след обяд но ,като отидохме за наш късмет се освободи стая и ни настаниха веднага ! Персоналът беше много мил и любезен ,стаята беше чиста и приятна, а локацията също 10/10 ! Бихме се върнали отново !

Pros:

The staff was awsemone. We had some medical issues and the lady from the front desk helped us a lot!
Te rooms were clean, the breakfast good and fresh. Very good location

Nagyon jó helyen van, a szálloda kialakítása modern, a szobák kényelmesek, a személyzet kedves, mindenben segítettek nekünk. A reggeli számunkra teljesen megfelelő volt. Nagyon közel van a tenger, a körülötte lévő kis utcák hangulatosak. Ha egyszer visszamennénk szívesen választanám újra ezt hotelt gondolkodás nélkül! Szívből tudom ajánlani.

I wouldn't mind if all my future accommodation was like the Santa Maria City Hotel.
Pros:

We really liked everything at Hotel Santa Maria: the staff, the room which was big, with an excellent layout and terrace, cleanliness, breakfast... Everything was at a high level. The staff are exceptional, from the reception to the cleaners, we have high praise for them. We spent a wonderful 15 days in that hotel. We will gladly recommend him to our friends and colleagues.

Cons:

There was not a single thing we didn't like because the hotel is exceptional.
