Good address in a very central location.
Pros:

The hotel and the room were above expectations.
Central location, friendly and helpful lady at reception upon arrival.
Very large room, divided into 2 areas (we were 3 people). Bathroom had a great shower.
Breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of salty and sweet options.

Cons:

The reason I am giving 8 out of 10 and not more is related to air conditioning. There was only 1 air conditioner in the room, “covering” the area with the double bed. In the other part of the room, with 2 single beds, it would have been too hot without opening the window. So there were mosquitos and lots of bites.
On the balcony, the rack to hang clothes was very rusty and unusable - this needs to be replaced.

For the price, all is fair.
Pros:

The breakfast is exceptionally good, every day there is something new. Even if its 10 mins before the breakfast time ends, there is still plenty of food. It was perfect for the price.

Cons:

Could be a bit cleaner. Toothpaste and showergel stains in the bathroom from the previous guests, mosquito blood/chocolate? on the furnitures.(it came off with a wet wipe easily). Even though they clean rooms every day, it is superficial.

AC wasn't as cold as I would have liked.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was great

Better security for luggage.
Put a sign on the AC that says it doesn't function if the balcony door is open

kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli idi..kahvaltıdan memnun kaldık.
en önemlisi otelin konumu elli beache çok yakın idi..

Cons:

Maalesef odalardaki yataklar çok kötü idi...2 ayrı yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik yapmaya çalışmışlar ...yataklar rahat değildi. acilen değiştirilmesi gerekir.
odaların ve banyonun temizliği kötü değil ama biraz daha özen gösterilebilir.

Kodikas ja tunnelmaltaan leppoisa hotelli.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvin tarjolla ja monipuolinen. Plussana se, että saimme lähtöpäivänä aloittaa aamiaisen vähän ennen klo 7 jotta ehtisimme ajoissa kentälle.

Cons:

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivooja joustava. Mutta olin pyytänyt allergiahuoneen ja toivon että hotelli allergiahuoneita varten valitsee hajusteettomia siivousaineita
