You have to seriously invest into cleaning the facilities. The bathroom had a lot of mold and smelled accordingly. For sure no longer 4 star! Breakfast was ok, although you should cool meat and butter.

Was great, the lady at reception I forgot her name but started with a F, I think Fransica, was the best. She let us know about parking, about restaurants around the hotel and about the hotel itself with breakfast, spa ect…

The location was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. The accommodation was very clean. The roof terrace is a great addition.
The room didn’t have a view to the street, however this did mean the room was very quiet and which a bonus.

La camera identica alle foto molto spaziosa e ben distribuita il letto comodissimo la biancheria pulita lenzuola di qualità e il letto tirato perfetto.

La colazione siamo entrati alle 9.30 al banco non c’era più acqua succo ho dovuto chiedere tutto.
Per quanto la persona fosse di una gentilezza estrema ma da sola non può servire 40 persone.
Da rafforzare il servizio.

The staff is very kind and supportive! The hotel is located in the historic center, everything is reachable by walk! Breakfast is very good too! Really recommend!

Chambre soi-disant donnant sur une cour ne donnait en réalité que sur un puits sans lumière de 2 m x 2 M.
Dommage, le séjour aurait pu être top.
