Modern, clean and comfortable room with a fantastic shower! Great breakfast options! We were just passing through on a one night stay but very much enjoyed the space.
There weee motion sensors near the bed do every time you moved the green lights came on which disrupted our sleep. Other than that everything was great!
Hotel di recente ristrutturazione situato in pieno centro storico e in comoda posizione per raggiungere a piedi tutte le aree da visitare in citta’. Da segnalare l’ottima colazione, con frutta fresca e spremuta di arancia fatta al momento, e la cortesia e gentilezza del personale della reception.

o facto de ter entrado apenas a 01.00 am quando tinha o quarto livre desde as 14.00 horas por uma questao de voo e no ultimo dia nao me deixaram ir ao spa tomar um duche e fazer a muda de roupa pelas 18 horas , e inaceitavel este tipo de comportamento !!!
o que eu quero dizer com isto e que ou deixavam fazer um late check out ou entao apenas um duche rapido no spa !!!!

Das Hotel ist mitten in Trapani gelegen und man befindet sich direkt in der tollen Altstadt. Das Hotel ist top ausgestattet und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell und modern und es fehlt an nichts. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und lecker.
Ich konnte mein Zimmer auf eine Executive Suite upgraden, jedoch bezweifle dass ich eine bekommen habe. Das Zimmer war so groß wie das meines Kollegen und war Standard ohne zusätzliche Extras ausgestattet. Wenn dies eine „Executive Suite“ war, kann man sich den höheren Preis getrost sparen. Auch war die Aussicht alles andere als man sich von einer hochwertigen Suite vorstellt. Auch erwähnenswert ist, dass das Hotel nicht mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Man muss außerhalb parken und anschließen zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.

Il palazzo è antico in pieno centro storico e dentro è molto moderno. Molto bello
I servizi erano approssimativi. Problemi con la prenotazione della spa. Massaggio ok ma niente di più e il percorso benessere era super affollato, cosa che vale anche per la colazione: stanza piccolissima e tante persone. Difficile anche raggiungere il buffet che era veramente esiguo
