Hochwertiges Hotel, aber nicht das Zimmer bekommen wie gebucht

Das Hotel ist mitten in Trapani gelegen und man befindet sich direkt in der tollen Altstadt. Das Hotel ist top ausgestattet und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell und modern und es fehlt an nichts. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Ich konnte mein Zimmer auf eine Executive Suite upgraden, jedoch bezweifle dass ich eine bekommen habe. Das Zimmer war so groß wie das meines Kollegen und war Standard ohne zusätzliche Extras ausgestattet. Wenn dies eine „Executive Suite“ war, kann man sich den höheren Preis getrost sparen. Auch war die Aussicht alles andere als man sich von einer hochwertigen Suite vorstellt. Auch erwähnenswert ist, dass das Hotel nicht mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Man muss außerhalb parken und anschließen zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.

Hotel situato in centro in una piccola e bella vietta, arredato e curato nei minimi dettagli, colazione abbondante e varia sia dolce che salato, nelle camere bellissimi i letti sospesi con la luce sotto

Personalmente non sopporto le tele cerate sotto i lenzuoli: fanno un caldo pazzesco

Il palazzo è antico in pieno centro storico e dentro è molto moderno. Molto bello

Cons:

I servizi erano approssimativi. Problemi con la prenotazione della spa. Massaggio ok ma niente di più e il percorso benessere era super affollato, cosa che vale anche per la colazione: stanza piccolissima e tante persone. Difficile anche raggiungere il buffet che era veramente esiguo

Accueil dynamique et agréable (le petit problème d'organisation a été vite traité )
Tout est moderne pour apporter du confort.

Hotel moderno con una excelente ubicación en el centro de Trapani, habitación espaciosa y limpia con una cama comodisima. El personal es muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Muy buen desayuno. 100% recomendado!

Просто потрясающий отель в исторической части Трапани. Но я бы рекомендовала останавливаться там одиноким путешественникам. Тк в номере стеклянные стены в санузеле и это оооочень неудобно, когда второй человек спит. Сам дизайн номера фантастически крутой! Все продумано до мелочей, эти обтекаемые формы (включая плечики для одежды). Завтрак вне всяких похвал - один из лучших за годы путешествий в Италии.

Cons:

Отель очень новый и местами вылезают некоторые недоработки. Например, у нас в номере не вытекала нормально вода в душе (те помыть голову, чтобы не затопить номер, было почти невозможно). Но, надеюсь, все это можно исправить
