Bei der Ankunft gegen 21 Uhr war unser Zimmer in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: Staub- und Essensreste sowie große verschmutzte Flächen auf dem Boden. Wir haben sofort die Lobby und das Management informiert, doch es stand keine Reinigungskraft mehr zur Verfügung. Wir haben das Zimmer daraufhin selbst gereinigt – mit eigenen Handtüchern und Desinfektionsmittel aus unserem Koffer, drei Stunden lang.

Nach der ersten Nacht bekamen wir zudem Hautreizungen und Juckreiz, offenbar durch die Bettwäsche – ein klares Zeichen, dass diese nicht richtig gereinigt worden war. Am nächsten Tag haben wir mit dem Manager gesprochen und um Stornierung der restlichen zwei Nächte gebeten. Das wurde akzeptiert, dennoch mussten wir für die erste Nacht 400€ zahlen – trotz allem, was vorgefallen war.

Auch das Frühstücksrestaurant war nicht durchgehend sauber.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aber an der eigentlichen Sauberkeitsproblematik hat sich nichts geändert. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist das nicht hinnehmbar. Wer auf Sauberkeit Wert legt, sollte hier vorsichtig sein.
