إقامة جميلة لمدة ثلاثة ايام.

نظافة الغرفة، وتعامل الموظفين الرائع، والفندق بشكل عام مريح

We enjoyed our stay very much ❤️ the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was super fresh and delicious. We ordered a dinner fish tagen and pizza. The dinner tasted absolutely delicious with good portions ❤️👌the hotel design is beautiful and luxurious and the garden is very well kept. It's central to everything but still calm so no street noise around. Sitting in the balcony was absolutely beautiful ☀️The young man the was in the reception at the night we arrived at was great and showed us great hospitality as we are used to from Azur hotels in Egypt and gave us a room upgrade ❤️ I definitely recommend Lamar Azur Hotel and would stay there again whenever in Damietta or it's surrounding area ❤️

Cons:

The staff in reception as well as in the dynamic Resturant need to learn how to smile more and be more friendly with the guests. The supervisors of the hotel need to actually supervise the staff to make sure they are doing their work full and right! We noticed that the staff were doing their best but they are somewhat inexperienced and still need some guidance and that's the work of the supervisors and hotel management!

الامن لايسمح بدخول الطلبات للمقيمين بالفندق سواء اكل او طلب من متجر او غيره يعطوك احساس انك سجين اذا تبغي شي لا زم تنزل تاخذه من امام البوابة الخارجية بنفسك
