Not worth the money. The hotel needs deep cleaning.
Pros:

The only positive aspect of our stay was the male receptionist, who promptly changed our room after we complained. We had specifically requested a room in a very quiet location as we had travelled all day. Unfortunately, the original room was on the ground floor next to the main corridor door, which slammed loudly every time someone passed through. I don’t understand why this door doesn’t have a soft closing mechanism, which you would expect in 2026.

Cons:

I don’t think I have ever stayed in such a strange hotel, even during my university days. I won’t go into detail about the location, parking, view, gym, etc., which were also not great.

The most important and basic things I expect from a hotel stay are a clean room, overall cleanliness, and a proper breakfast. Unfortunately, none of these were delivered.

The shower was moldy and the door didn’t close properly, so water spread all over the bathroom floor. The walls and carpets were literally dirty and covered with various marks. The worst part were the corridors leading to the rooms, which had a very strange odor. Basic items you would normally expect in a 4-star hotel such as ear cotton buds or makeup removal pads were missing.

The beds were also uncomfortable.

Breakfast had a very limited selection. The bread was dry, nothing tasted good, and it finished at 9:30 am, which is surprisingly early. One particularly strange “eco” idea was that butter was manually cut into small cubes to be ecological, yet there were no ceramic mugs next to the coffee machine only takeaway cups.

We definitely would not recommend this hotel and will not return. There are much better hotels available in Luxembourg at this price point.

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm

Cons:

Ich habe bei der Buchung nicht entnehmen können das das Zimmer eine Offene Dusche hatte die direkt neben den Betten war sodass wir diese Nacht auf das Duschen verzichten mussten

Cons:

Het was niet mogelijk om smiddags wat te eten omdat de keuken pas om 1800 uur open was. Er waren alleen kleine zakjes chips verkrijgbaar voor eur 5,50 per stuk.....

Best place to stay for couples, single people with pets, people travelling for work.
Pros:

Food, staff, room were great and the fact that I was able to stay with pets was amazing.

Cons:

view from the window, people from other building could see me and if I wanted to change my clothes I had to hide in the toilet.
