Cons:

I don't understand why they told me the night before I arrived that I would have to pay an extra $10 per night since they clarified that they changed the rate, and I don't know where their basic respect for the Booking.com contract. Based on so many positive reviews, I even suspect that this extra charge is only for Chinese people.

Although the argument ended with me paying the extra $20 and checking in early, as a frequent transit passenger always visit Addis Ababa, I will never choose this hotel again.

我不知道为什么他们会在我抵达前一个晚上告诉我要额外为每一晚房费多付10美元，也不知道他们作为酒店方面对Booking合约和顾客的基本尊重在哪里。看到那么多好评，我甚至怀疑这种额外收费只针对中国人？

虽然最后以我多支付20美元同时提前入住结束了这场争辩，但作为经常要来亚的斯亚贝巴转机的游客，我想不会再选择这家酒店。

We had a wonderful stay with our children and truly appreciated the cleanliness, friendly staff, comfort, and reasonable
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I stayed in room 506, while my children stayed in room 503, and we were all very comfortable. The price was also reasonable and good value compared to other hotels in the area. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and the kindness of the staff, especially when we were leaving.

Cons:

The only small issue was the construction work taking place on my side of the hotel. The noise sometimes disturbed me at night. Apart from that, everything was very good.

تجربة لن تتكرر قريبا

نظافة المكان -الموقع -الانترنت

Cons:

- ضعف تجاوب العاملين عند طلب اي شي يخص الغرفة.
- لا يوجد فاين بالغرفة.
- ازعاج شديد في الصباح واول المساء (نباح الكلاب واعمال البناء) بجانب الفندق وعند طلب تغيير الغرفة لم اجد تجاوب.
- العزل ضعيف بالغرفة.
- لا يوجد سلك تليفون في الغرفه.
- عند الخروج تفاجات بتجديد حجزي ليوم اضافي ولم يتم التواصل معي لا تلفونيا ولا عبر الايميل ولا عبر البوكينج واضطررت بعد المفاوضه الطويله والشاقه لدفع اجره نصف يوم ؟!! مع العلم ان وقت خروجي كان الساعه 1:10 وحتى مع وجود مدير الفندق لم احصل على اي تجاوب.
