Clean, Simple and nice interior design, great location, great stuffs, all the stuffs were extremely respectful and know how to make u fill comfortable, very secured all the time.
The shower drain is the only thing I didn’t like, it’s very simple problem but it was bothering me a little when the water stored on the opposite side of the drain and sometimes it gets outside of the shower. Had to put the towel on the floor. But still I will definitely book the hotel again.
All the staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was clean.

I have been a loyal customer of Checking Hotel for the past five years. I visit the hotel at least twice a year, and every time I travel to Ethiopia, I stay there for more than a month.
In the past, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's services. I would like to sincerely thank all of the former staff members—from the manager to the security guards—for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. It was because of those positive experiences that I chose to stay at the hotel again.
Unfortunately, my most recent stay was completely different from what I had experienced before. I encountered a significant decline in the quality of service. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the way I was treated, the service was far below an acceptable standard. Even when I raised my concerns, I did not receive a respectful, professional, or courteous response.
In addition, the hotel does not follow proper procedures, even regarding small charges and fees. They do not honor their commitments or keep their promises.
I left the hotel feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. I will not stay there again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It is truly sad to see such a once-respected hotel decline to this level. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to restore the high standards that made the hotel such a great place in the past.
